Bracelets is something I haven't made since the late '80s, and back then all the source I had, was reverse-engineering bracelets i'd buy at the bazaar, and exchanging patterns among friends. I did have a book with 20 or so patterns, but all really basic stuff. Now I picked up making bracelets again and started browsing the web to improve my technique... i was blown away! I love information era. Thank you Masha for your tutorials, they enabled huge improvements for me.

@caitlynfarrell34966 жыл бұрын
Patti Araiza I’ve noticed it helps if you keep the tightness of your knots consistent. If you pull them too tight one line and then too loose the next line it’ll warp the sides. But it truly does come down to practice so just give it some time and you’ll improve ☺️

How do you do this with even number strings that make it so there no set middle? I’m doing at 20 string project and there’s no middle. Does this not work with a pattern that’s primarily FB BF knots?
@damedesmontagnes5 жыл бұрын
For the V shape on the bottom, do BF and FB knots otherwise the halfhitch sinnet will make a spiral. Oh, I just realized that I'm thinking of a different method of making the V shaped end using the same outer string as the working end, making BF (left side) or FB (right side) knots over the bundle of strings (adding one thread to the bunch for each new knot).
