I came across this concept in a book I’m reading. I looked it up online and learned that every positive integer modulo 8 with a remainder of 3 can be made by summing 3 triangular numbers. I was then able to code a function that generates a range of triangular numbers, as well as numbers that have a remainder of 3 when divided by 8. I was able to test that theory out with the code and thought it was pretty neat. Thanks for the video, it provided very clear insight and an interesting perspective 🙏🏽

@@thatgamenpc3480 it’s been a while since I wrote this comment, but I believe it was “an adventures guide to number theory” by McGraw-Hill or possibly “Fermat’s last theorem” by Simon Singh… but I’m pretty sure it was the first book. I still have yet to finish the first one though 😅
