Hi! Thank you so much for your review. Much like risk, could you adapt the game for two players by adding some more Dinos on the board? Or possibly have two player play with two herds each?

It's long out of print, but check out American Megafauna. You can find it on eBay or the BGG marketplace, and there's a VASSAL module to play it on your computer.

Hey Ryan! How are the box bands you're using for your board games? Do you recommend them? Are they similar to regular rubber bands where they may melt from hot weather conditions? I am considering to get them but would like your opinion. Where did you purchased yours? I'm currently looking at the ebay one on auction that's blue and titled "Boardgame Large Box Bands (10'')" Thanks!

Hi wait776, You might consider giving Triassic Terror a try - you might be surprised. Taking control of the T-Rex or the Raptors and thoroughly thrashing and scattering the other dinosaurs certainly "scratches that itch" for me!

I've long complained about the lack of dinosaur board games that were not just kids games, but this game just doesn't scratch that itch. It seems like you could substitute any theme and still pretty much have the same game. At the end of the day, all you're doing is moving cubes across the board -- there's no sense you are actually managing dinosaur herds or facing off against T. rexes or other predators. Sad, because otherwise I would be the target audience for a game like this.
