My coach told me about the surfboard leash to swim. I see it's not such a bad idea. Good tips

I have heard/ read somewhere that thinking of training actualy gives a physical effect, so that is something of a hack to think about!

If the board leash disrupts your stroke, get two and anchor each leg to the same fixture. At least it will be balanced.

The one thing I've never got is people buying swim parachutes. A sponge on a string works just fine.

4:33 Most pools at least where I live don't allow swimming in shorts (or practically in anything not designed to be swimming gear). So saggy clothes to increase resistance are a no-go.

Let’s just start preparing for 2021 triathlons👍.. Subaru 2020 Penticton cancelled basically due to government restrictions ( which I agree) ... this is my personal invite from my wife and me for Mark , Fraser , and of course Heather ❤️ to our townhome in Penticton 5 km from start area....also the great people who actually record and edit .. barbecue and drinks on us... we are volunteering as well for ironman so during event we are busy as you guys .. unless you are entering event !! Stay safe and would love to meet all of you here...pm me if you need rooms in 2021 Penticton ironman . 👍

Train longer. Train faster. Recover more the week before the event, then most importantly, race faster. Easy! :P

Mistake: Never, never have corn on the cob the night before a triathlon. Corn, but its full of Carbs. Yup, if you digest them!🙄
