don't make food a competition - let them enjoy the tastes.

My money was on Shezhad from the start, ha ha. Naveed was enjoying it and taking his time, ha ha

This was super cute. I wish you'd highlight their names more often or state them in the video description so we can learn them. The guy on the right was really funny. The one on the left really loved what you served. Both are adorable.

I think Naveed, in white, slowed, not just to enjoy, but so Shehzad would win. He spent a lot of time off work, with his broken arm. He has said he needs money. I love Naveed, Sobia and the sweet newly married lad. Starts with M. If the other 2 disappeared, I would hardly notice.

Glad they enjoyed something new and tasty. Glad Shezhad won because after recent surgery he may have additional needs.

That’s not fair! Good food should be savored and enjoyed. Don’t rush them to eat it fast and not taste it. 😅

Yeah, I totally agree, just split the prize and let them enjoy the food

I think they'd be amazed to see a food eating competition, such as the Nathan's hot dog eating contest held each July 4th. I can't believe "competitive eating" is a sport, but here we are. Regarding fajitas (fah-HEE-tahs), part of the fun of ordering them in a restaurant is that they are served on a smoking hot, sizzling, platter. You can hear (and smell) them coming across the room, and other diners often stop what they're doing to watch your order arrive. A festive show-stopper, every time.

Oh please! Don't encourage those disgusting food competitions in America, on these channels. There is no pleasure or dignity on forcing food down your throat. And to offer a prize to people who need money, to gulp down food like starving dogs, without dignity... It astounds me that in America, it is broadcast on tv, whilst in most of Europe, people would often turn away, rather sickened, unless drunk. Even then, by morning, they would be groaning and feeling so ashamed. I find it particularly ugly, when we all know these people need money for a basic living standard. To put them on display, to humiliate themselves for the entertainment of wealthy people... I feel my toes curl in horror, everytime these competitions come up.

@georgielancaster1356 OK, point well taken. I don't like those contests either, as I implied. I am amazed, though, that "professional eaters" train themselves to consume mass quantities in that fashion. I agree I was momentarily insensitive to suggest these folks might watch such a competition with interest, when their lives are so different. I wasn't at all suggesting they should follow in kind. I hope they get to savor the foods they try, instead of competing to consume them quickly. And I hope they, and you, have a happy new year.

It is a shame they were enjoyed to wolf it down quickly rather than just enjoy it. It would have been even better if the fajitas actually resembled fajitas :)
