On other videos people get offended by his medical advice but they dont understand it's just things that have been passed down through generations. The bitterness in coffee is downright medicinal due to the alkaloids present. Coffee has a reputation for stimulating bowels. So coffee actually better than pop rocks for constipation I would believe. However, the warmth of the coffee actually is fantastic for thinning and loosening congestion so you can more easily cough it up. I do appreciate his logic with pop rocks though because it seems they might just boil your insides out, lol. Pop rocks feel like they are pinching my tongue when they pop.
