Gul Sher is so Doggone funny! He called it "disordered beef"! That is so clever and accurate! It is something a talented comedian would say. Such a unique deconstruction and restatement of the nature of something is a vital component of comedy. Pulled beef really *is* just manually disordered beef!

Normally we eat barbeque pulled pork in the US. But of course they aren't allowed to have that. I've had beef ones too. It comes out tender and juicy. I got multigrain bread from the store like that coved with sunflower and other seeds. It was moist and chewy. It's very good bread, even with just honey on top.

If you ever come to Michigan there is a small restaurant here in Livonia (the Breadbasket) that serves the best brisket and pastrami sandwiches that are piled about 2 inches high full of shaved meats. Just like the New York style deli sandwiches. Being from Boston I had enough chances to sample those wonderful sandwiches when in New York. And New Jersey has the best pastries, IMO. The cheese folds are to die for!

And in my area of Central Coast California, our pulled pork is served with cole slaw inside the sandwich. Most places will serve the slaw on the side if asked, which I do. I like my pork unadulterated!

GSK said we probably eat pulled beef sandwiches for breakfast? He needs to be served a good Country Breakfast then. 2 Eggs (over easy), Hashbrowns, Sausages (beef since they can’t eat pork breakfast sausages), grits, and Biscuits & Country Gravy. Also toast with real salted butter (I prefer sourdough, but white or wheat works too). I bet he’d absolutely love it!!

Not a critique, just a friendly heads-up…. It sounds like some mobile device is on set transferring data, as the interference is picked up through the mic that sounds like high-pitched Morse code. This can be avoided by setting all mobile devices to airplane mode during filming. Not a gripe, just hope it helps with the quality of the final product. Cheers!

@@senecathefuka441 Not an opinion, they did it completely wrong. They didn't use chuck, I didn't see bbq sauce or coleslaw and there was no hamburger bun, sandwich bread is too thin. Maybe this is pulled beef in a foreign country but it's not any an American would recognize.

I personally never thought it to be American, it has brown bread too after all and as far as I know 90% of Americans eat the white bread but im from Europe so I can't know for sure. I think for those tribal people consider pretty much all west as America so they might confuse things mate. I actually don't like many techniques and ingredients of the American cuisine so I'm happy they changed a lot

I loved this! You could do the same thing with goat meat. Select a tender cut. Slow cook it until it's tender, adding the spices you prefer, and shred it with a fork in each hand. And make you a sandwich!

So you keep saying. They cut carcasses up differently outside the US, l certainly couldn't find "chuck" here in S. Europe. The chefs in the Punjab do an excellent with what is available to them.
