Great wk out 💪. I loved the EO truck in the back. Made me giggle while I was bouncing. 😅 Just curious if anyone else has had interruptions/ads in the middle of videos. I’m a paid member. This started a few months back not every time but it happened today.

Keep those 20 min. HIIT‘s coming, they are awesome.🎉 Science suggests, so I’ve learned lately, that women over 50 (moi🥰) should keep their cardio fast and short in order to not undo the muscle gain they have accomplished lifting weights. Curious as I am, I‘ll give it a serious try💪🏻.

I've been reading a bit about that too! While I have a lot of HIIT workouts, I did create a "menopause" playlist and these really focus on short burst of really intense activity.
