On a very hot and humid day this made me sweat like I was at the sauna😂. Loved the 20/10 and all the moves. I warmed up with Lucy‘s basic 10 minutes. She is such a ray of sunshine, what a lovely daughter you have. You must be very proud. Thank you, Nikki😘😘😘.

Great workout Nikki. I almost srolled away from this workout because I found the first song to grate on my nerves. The mousy, fake, helium voice is jarring to me. GLAD I stayed with it and rallied through it as the rest of the songs, music had a congruent beat. You are wonderful Nikki, so grateful for your dedication to rebounding and always being so graceful. Sometimes I choose songs for the bpm. It was tough to find many in the range I wanted for this. Glad you stuck around it enjoyed the later tracks! Thanks so much for buying some merch! Much appreciated!

Have to figure out a way to create a PLAYLIST of your videos to find when needed. Need help with this. This one is a lot like circuit training, or HIIT, high intensity…. followed by restful period, a proven method for weight loss. Thanks for keeping us motivated!

Comment from Sharon. I've been rebounding for a few months, so still quite a newbie! I have a spring rebounder, and the noise of it really annoys me. Should I get a bungee one? Also the one I have doesn't have a T bar available, and I feel I need one. Love your videos! ❤

Thank you! My rebounder is the Jumpsport 350Pro and is silent. It's an amazing rebounder. If you're really loving rebounding and feel that you'll continue, I'd probably go with bungee, but it's up to you! All the models I recommend are on my website www.earthandowl.com
