I gotta get going this year! I bought a rebounder last year bf mt hernia surgery and now that im pretty much recovered, id like to start out( am a beginner) never dod it bf when ever my first time will be with you. I used to do a big trampoline when i was a kid. We paid afew dollars to a certain amout of time on it. It was built into the ground. I really loved it as a kid!! Looking forward to doing this. Question, would wearing a hernia belt be ok? It's been about 6 1/2 weeks since my double hernia belt. My rebounder has handles on it. I hear this is a great option for people with venious I sufficiency? What time are you on live?

I purchased my rebounder in September 2024' my back would hurt after jumping barefoot but I thought it was because it was something new, so pushed through it. I tried with tennis shoes in December and noticed a difference immediately. Thanks for your awesome informative comment. Subscribing now! :0)

Wow was this ever a brain challenge for me!!! I was so sore I could hardly move so I had that against me. Then my brain just went on vacation for most of the workout. It literally took me until the last run-through to get the first combo down. Then combo #2. Omg!! Made combo #1 look easy!! 😂😂 for some reason I was not connecting what leg was going back and what leg was going forward in that rocking horse combo thing. 😂😂 got through it though, but it wasn’t pretty. 😂😂

I only have two knots, one on each side of the clips. Is there another way to tighten the tension? Can I make my own knots? I believe it’s a jumpstart 200. I bought it pre-used from someone Thank you!!

Great workout and stretching. I like the stretching on the rebounder. THANK YOU for all you do for us. Saturdays are just too fast. When I try, most times I trip off of rebounder. I try to keep up with you, and it's not possible for a 69 year old woman. I just do Thursday over again.

Nikki: I’m new to rebounding and enjoying your workout routines. I have a Bcan with springs but a little nervous on it, especially given that I’m recovering from an illness. What is your recommendation for cost effective rebounders?

Depends what you mean by cost effective. I don't typically recommend people go too inexpensive. Here is my playlist of rebounder reviews: kzbin.info/aero/PLLAFfYE-X47EIzgRxUz8eToZFGWYrELZi

Nikki, I really, really am grateful for your channel and efforts to basically inspire us couch potatoes to get off our chairs and hop around. You make it fun and these routines...well for me are a challenge to even keep up and learn. But that's fun. At my age, I'm slow, weak and not quick to figure out these moves. this video the music was a bit loud...overpowering your voice. and I don't know many boomers who like this "music" with electronic voices and all the voices sound the same...very feminine and I'm not talking Pat Benatar. We grew up to 60s, 70s, and then 80s music. Men sounded like ZZ Top, Neil Diamond, Sinatra, Elvis. they didn't sound like whatever this music is. These voices have chased many of us out of the gym because that's all they play is whatever this is. that being said, I get it that you are looking for royalty free music. regardless, these rebounder sessions with you have been awesome. thanks!!
@EarthOwl14 сағат бұрын
Here is a recent one with 60s and 70s music. This was after scouring the copyright free selections. If you want to suggest some tracks in the 120-128 bpm range that are the genre you like, I'm all ears. (have to be copyright free) kzbin.info/www/bejne/sHeQmqptipx5es0

@@EarthOwl thanks Nikki! I will bookmark that one. "Scouring" is a good way to put it. I suspect at some point, you're like screw it, let's use the music I found...because you can spend your life hunting down this stuff. My favorite thing about your videos is trying to keep up and follow your instructions, music be damned, lol. i've tried doing rebounding to music or say a documentary, but I don't make enough moves to work out my body...which is why I come to your videos...trying to keep up. thanks again

Thank you. I'll check them out. I wish I'd known rebounding existed years ago instead of spending money on other fitness equipment I ended up not using for various reasons. I found rebounding by chance when searching for step bench workouts. Any experience with cats and trampolines? Will they scratch it if I don't hide it when not in use?
@EarthOwl13 сағат бұрын
@ I have 2 cats. They don’t bother mine. 🙂
@ditteh474612 сағат бұрын
Thank you. Would be a lot easier to lean it against something in the living room than carry it through doors to the other end of the house. But fitness mats, rugs and the sofa are preferred over the cat tree for scratching.

So glad I found you. I have a question. I do have a jump sport rebounder that I purchased a few years ago. The bungees need to be changed for sure, but I would like to change the entire top. The one I have has the skirt flap, and I see they make it different now. So is that something they offer? The frame is fine, just would like to get a new top and bigness
@EarthOwlКүн бұрын
@@lisettewurster3648 Sure! You can do that! I have those on my website www.earthandowl.com under accessories.
@lisettewurster364812 сағат бұрын
Thanks. Quick questions. My jumpsport is 39” with 30 cords. Would the mat you offer fit? And I have the padded mat right now, but the flaps are annoying. Does this mat have that too, or is it flat along the edge. And do you happen to offer any discount codes?😂 just thought I’d ask. Thanks so much❤
@EarthOwl12 сағат бұрын
@ Hi! Yes, the mat I have would fit. You’d need 6 additional bungees which I could arrange. My mat had a flat skirt, not padded like what you have now. I do offer 10% off to EO channel members.

Oh boy! We got 8 inches of snow last night, so my sister and I were shoveling for several hours. Its a long story why we had to shovel that much, but then, I come in and decide I still want to do my workout so I don't get too stiff and sore, and it is HIIT!! OMG!! I was wanting to do a gentle one. LOL!! Well, I intended on doing the LIIT variety of moves, but I ended up pretty much doing the HIIT most of the time, doing what you did. I just wasn't quite as fast on the footwork on the kicks (or toe taps) I had trouble with the sort of bounce in between. I didn't do the weights because of the huge upper body workout I got in today, and don't want to stress my neck any more. I do feel better, not so stiff and sore. SO glad I did it!

I did this workout today with modifications. I also did the arms with 1 lb. wrist weights workout 🙌 I modified laying down on the floor for the arms because that’s hard for me. The last floor arms you did, I sat on the edge of my recliner with my legs out I front of me. My back was at an angle with my core tight. As I did the arms I could feel my upper core getting a workout too. It’s hard to explain how I did this without seeing it. Thanks Nikki 🤗
