He would be delighted to know that doctors do prescribe Jell-O for things. Helps with nail, hair, and skin health. And it is a good food for when you have an upset stomach. I think the natural jello substitutes are better, however. The stuff made from actual animals bones. Jell-O products are usually vegan now.
