Tribute to an AE86 Legend

Chester and I had originally shot the feature "OPTIONS" back in November of 2020. One year later, the feature was uploaded. Unfortunately in January of 2022, Chester had passed away before I completed the behind the scenes. Chester's passing hit the car community in the Northeast hard. Chester was appreciated by all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. I let the behind the scenes sit out of respect, but after talking with Chester's family and showing them this, and getting the OK from them, I felt it had become a great tribute to seeing what a genuine person he was who's passion for cars is unparalleled. / chester_don

Such a great tribute @HALCYON ! I remember meeting him at 7 days in 2018 and shooting his car and he was so exited that I captured a shot of one of his 86's due to it being parked away from the crowd. We were meant to do a full shoot but times never worked then later on I found out about his passing. This is why EVERYONE should just live life and be happy because things can change fast for anyone. Such a great guy with a true 86 passion.

Man this video was an awesome tribute. I watched the feature when it came out it years ago and I just found my self rewatching it as I was mesmerised by his 86, at the time I actually owned a Nissan Exa and his car inspired me to put yellow fog lights on the front. I can’t believe he’s gone.. :( Rest easy bro and thank you for uploading this bts.

I remember watching the original video a few years ago, and that's how I found this channel. It really inspired me to double down and work harder to restore my own vehicle. This BTS is incredible, and it sucks what happened to Chester. RIP
