+Franky T I'll reply to your 1year old comment :). xxxx 101 means the basics , a beginners overview or a tutorial of the xxxx subject. for example Biology 101 is a class-lesson where you learn the basics of biology Soccer 101 is where you learn the basics-rules of soccer Llike Jim Rohn said we all need a class in Obvious 101 and Obvious 102.In other words we all need to be reminded of some obvious principles or facts that we often neglect. For example it's obvious that if you sleep 4 hours a day and eat junk food 7 days a week you are gonna get sick or worse.As opposed to getting regular sleep and eating somewhat healthy. Everybody considers this obvious yet still many neglect to do it.
