I've fractured both my scapulas over 20 years ago. My triceps havent been the same. I have a hard time fully extending my arms in certain angles. Now which head would be affected the most from the injury? Thanks for the video👍🏽

Not that I know, but you should specify the angles where it's difficult to extend your arms. And do you work out at all? Maybe you should weight train at least a little. But I would consult a physical therapist.
