Ummm dude, as i mentioned before, the drawing style does resemble Reborn! but the outfit of the two characters gave away the fact that it was supposed to be Black Butler, BTW Ciel in the different US versions of Black Butler was also made into a girl. I feel like there should be a game made from this song. After a group of friends go Trick-or-Treating, each person picks out their favorite treats from their pile while chanting the first verse of the song, then they combine what they have left in a big pile.
