As someone who has done some PE in the past, please be very carefull with both extending and pumping, or rather all related exercises. If you overdo it you can seriusly hurt yourself. You CANNOT get an inch in girth by only using the Bathmate for 2 months. To get permanent gains, you have to be consistent for at least a year by pumping every day for at least 15 minutes at a high enough pressure. Most you’ll get is .25 to .5 of an inch in that year
