I usually use toothbrush bristles to clean the dust inside the gap between screen border and frame , does it effect on adhesive and water resistance ?

Apple has been running an official online store for self repair parts for years already, first in the industry I believe. Available in US and few other countries for now. For nearly everyone the correct action is to take the device to authorised service though, at least if it’s new-ish. I might have a go at replacing the battery or display for an older device, no much harm done if I fumble it..

No. I put some generic double sided tape on the back, and the screen is clipped in place and has 2 screws at the bottom, so it's fine. It's not my daily driver though.
