So when you raise your arms 90 degrees to the side or in front, how much resistance should one feel? What about larger angles, to straight up in the air? I have a few shirts that look good like they fit, but feel tight when raising my arms.

i feel the same here, i have a button down shirt and it fits nicely but i know for sure overtime (talking by months) it probably wont fit me 😔

Whenever I raise my arm, my sleeves pulls back and look short, What could be the problem? Is it Arms lenght or the Arm holes at the shoulders of the shirt?

They should pull back some, just not a lot. They pull back in the video. You can get longer sleeves and move the button at the end of the sleeve so ensure the sleeve stops at your wrist but does not pull back. You've basically included some slack.
