a re-comment from one of the 2019 videos of reducing noise... Even though we now have the new masking options, I cannot stress enough how important it is to still understand how the "Old" way works. Thanks, Anthony. This has many other applications than just replacing the color background. Anything that you can select and then intersect can produce better results. I tried darkening a sky in a nature shot and using just the sky select created a darker area next to the bottom of the sky. Intersecting and using a gradient produced a smoother transition. Lightroom just keeps getting better.
