Just change ink cartridge it did print out an alignment paper however it doesn't give me a good print only after watching your video realize that I was not supposed to touch with my finger underneath the tape could this be the problem if it is how can it be fix waiting for your answer thanks again for your video

Hello! Previously when I opend the second dore - the cartridges moved to the middle and I could replace them. But now something goes wrong. I open the dore and the cartridges move and move and then hide on the sides. What sould I do? Does this meen that the printer is out of order?

When I hit print, it says "low on ink". How do I know if it's the color or black that needs to be replaced?

If you have the HP app and the printer is connected, you can see the levels of each ink type

someone needs to make a video and highlight that HP provides a "small sized cartridge" when you buy the printer. Then, on the Instant Ink Plan, HP ships you an "extra large sized" cartridge. I thought the XL wasn't going to fit. It finally did...just push in and wait for the click.

Sharing is caring: Bought HP printer and had multiple quality issues. I regret buying HP printer. Their aftersales support is just HORRIBLE! Their customer support is very slow to respond and just gives copy and pasted answers without even reading customer's reply. For those planning to buy, do yourself a favor: buy a better quality printer. HP printer is simply NOT worth your hard-earned money.
