In the mid-90's, a friend of mine came over with this weird purple CD of a lady holding a glowing world between her legs. This was the first song she put on. I never heard anything quite like it. The next day I went out and bought it. I haven't stopped listening since.

Right on man. It happened to me almost the exact same way. I was REAL BIG on portishead and massive attack, and my girlfriend came over with this CD and we smoked and layed down and she said just listen.. and I did and fell n love. It's still n rotation to this day!

Recorded in Jamaica Ochos Rios during the 3 weeks sessions for the album premillenium tension. It was recorded at 2 am as a jam. Sample drum loops and mini guitar plus martina’s vocals. Tricky tried all day, to get this track together in different styles but he was never satisfied. So we had decided to go home when Tricky said ‘ try something pretty, Patrice’ so I grabbed my mini industrial guitar and in few seconds I started jamming…….few days later we were flying home and I mentioned to Ian Caples the recording engineer, ‘could you make the guitar sound like a Rhodes piano….
