My Answer I'm leaving primarily because I'm ready to take on greater responsibility. I'd like to lead a team, but my present business doesn't have any leadership jobs available. Delivering training sessions and upskilling younger personnel are two of my favorite things to do. It's something I do a lot in my present job, and I've had a lot of nice feedback on it, but if I had my own team, I could do it even better. I understand you're searching for someone to lead a small group of recent grads, and I'm very interested in the opportunity to assist them in their development.

The reason I want to leave my current job is because it is giving me less opportunity to work on my purpose of career goal. I have big dream of contributing to the health industry of my country. My current company has a remote connection with health industry in some projects where this new company will provide me more opportunities to contribute to that field as they are solely work on health industry. It's not that my current company has less learning opportunities or less favourable environment, it's just I think the purpose of life is important because one day I might find my life futile if I can not fulfil my purpose.

I'm leaving my present employer because there is currently a lack of spaces for me to grow and move into a position with increased responsibility. Currently my time is split between various duties which leave me little time to focus on what I feel is most important, and that is serving our struggling students. While there I do feel I've increased in knowledge and would like to use that knowledge in a position that allows me to be more focused while serving the appointed population.
