If I remember correctly, the random music in the middle of the scary disks has been explained as being a result of the maker writing over the data from an old music disk with the scary sounds. At some point, the overwriting stopped and we hear a little bit of what used to be there before the overwriting. Maybe this new track is the disk that was overwritten!!

Honestly. Adventure couldn't be the most needed thing in Minecraft. I only hope Minecraft grows to be a videogame full of fun! Perhaps at some point, (or any rando now) may think Minecraft will be "too complex" or it'll looked like modded Minecraft, but I say f it, the game is gonna grow whatever if people like it or not! It's a slowly developing game, but at least with each update things only go foward! I'd love to go to the future and see a Minecraft that's completely new from now and be able to enjoy it.

I have a feeling its going to be one disc drop that you can create 3 from. My guess is the copper one drops from a vault/pot, can be oxidesed to the green one but can be waxed to protect it also. And then you combine the 2 with tuff to make the 3rd, you heard it here first 😅

Probably one of the best updates we’ve gotten in a little bit. I miss updates that have a decent amount of content, and while massage updates aren’t that viable it’s better than the nothing burger that was the “wild” update.

I am excited for this update. The mace looks pretty interesting although I probably will treat it more as a trophy. The trial chambers are pretty fun so far and I can't even do the ominous ones on my PS5 yet so definitely looking forward to some fun new combat adventures to do solo and with my kids. New music, pottery, and banners are also pretty fun.

If you look at the aged copper music disc to the right, if you notice the edge is highlighted. The only other one that is highlighted is 5 which had to be acquired in pieces. I bet that one will be the same. Probably as part of the rewards you get from the trials.

Agnes should be the woman of the year, she is insanely sweet and people say she's ruining minecraft, she literally gave minecraft life. She revived a dying game. I remember how lonely and scared i felt playing minecraft before, now i feel comfortable and scared on command. I know when i'm entering danger for the most part so i don't develope some anxiety disorder lmfao. I used to hear my own heartbeat walking around/by caves. She took away the loneliness with all the new mobs and beauty. Froglights are insanely good add ons. All of the hostile mobs are scary but not terrifying. I love her.......

One thing I think is interesting is that the orange (normal copper) and cyan (exposed copper) disks are exactly the same design-wise, but have different colors. And the orange, cyan, and gray (copper and tuff) disk looks like if you mashed the orange and cyan one together and added tuff. These three have to have some sort of connection.

I made my own prediction of the name being the Trials and Tribulations update. I think it fits better, as it is a common saying, but it can also call back to the tinkering side as you struggle to learn how to use the new redstone stuff, on top of the struggle of the trial chambers.

I think they might change the fletching table to have some use because they showed it in the copper bulb section and that might be a hint towards a change for it because there is no reason to have a fletching table in your base unless it has a use

1.21 seems fun, but the vaults are going to be what makes or breaks the update for me. With ominous vaults and regular vaults to unlock, the regular ones should be reusable and the ominous ones single use. There's a lot of loot to be had and you're going to end up with excess keys over time.

There's like a ton of vaults in a trial chamber, is that not enough for you, do just want to be lazy and farm a single spawner. That's not fun.

@@PhonyLyzard it's not lazy, it's console issues. The switch has a stupid limitation where if your worlds collectively reach 2GB, it prevents you from playing any world until you delete something. Having multiple worlds I play on and with 1.20 and 1.21 forcing exploration to have access to the new content, worlds get large fast so I'd like to limit exploration as much as possible (thus the need for vaults to be reused)

I think it's overall the best since the Update Aquatic ones, however there are a lot more "mid" tracks in this one compared to The Wild Update and The Nether Update I have no issue with the discs but most of the post Aquatic in-game music that plays in game has been very repetitive

I really wish they would make the vaults refillable. I play on a low storage device and it would be nice to not have to load in so many extra chunks to get some loot. Also, this would give it a lot more single player value since as of right now its a strictly unlockable chest for us an nothing else. There is also no reason to return to the structure after you've looted each vault once besides maybe breeze rods or if you want poison arrows. I really think they're missing out by not making them refillable, even if there was a cooldown on refilling them that would be such a great quality of life feature

Theory Time! I think the Unoxidized Copper Music Disc will be the song Creator. However, the Fully Oxidized Copper Music Disc is also Creator BUT the Music Box Version. This is because this disc is OLD and Oxidized.

How cool would it be if you played two specific discs at the same time one on each side of the deep dark "portal" and that is what lit it for a new dimension. The magic tune combo is the key. Disc 5 and Otherside. The two found in Ancient Cities.

I just wish the update had more content outside the structure because the only content in 1.21 outside the trial chambers are the armadillos, wolf armor, crafter, and some new paintings.

Just make bamboo into sticks and sell them to a fletcher after you've gotten apples from a fully upgraded farmer villager (if you can get the first apple to unzombify the first farmer villager), upgrade the villager with carrots and potatoes dropped from normal zombie loot :D, you'll need the fox emerald only once, then you can make unlimited apples from villager trading

i've listened to a few discs, but gaming, I rarely ever turn sound on. For the long durations I play, I get annoyed by the world sounds of this and most all games. Learned to use visual cues to 'survive' as long as I do and in Minecraft, the cheat to keep all my stuff when I do get blown to bits.
