Now that Radiant Pokemon are a thing, I think it's better to describe GLC as a non-rulebox format (which you did when describing point 3) than just saying it's a single prize format.

Prism pokémon already existed, are single prize and not allowed in GLC. It's not anything new that calling it a single-prize format is wrong.

@@dineinunes That doesn't really help the case. That just further shows that the emphasis should be on rule boxes, not number of prizes. There are multiple types of cards that a new player (hi, I just got back into playing this last year after being out since Neo era so didn't know Prisms were rule box) might think are legal if the rule is just "no multi prize Pokemon" instead of specifying it's no rule box regardless of if it's single or multi prize. As I pointed out, Mahone even described it as no rule box, meaning he knows just saying "single prize" isn't enough.

I have been having a lot more fun playing the gym leader challenge wy in expanded its a lot of fun and Im glad you came up with this idea. Now i been winning and losing but some expanded decks are rough lol. Anyways thanks for turning me on to this and I always cringe when I see tcgoshare20 cause now i know im about to get schooled. Love to take a lesson on the Gym leader challenge format. Gooddanttillus is my game name. On that note im being a bad dad and not atching the kids got to run.
