It has been enjoyable to watch you learn about your Trident and showcasing the mods you are doing. Thanks for posting these! The Trident is one of two bikes I am seriously evaluating right now. The other being the MT-09 SP from Yamaha. Totally different class of bike, yes, but I really want to own a triple for the first time - ha!

Thanks. Yeah, it's a great bike. You can't go wrong with the Yamaha either. One of the guys I ride with just picked up a 2022 Yamaha Tracer9 GT which is based off the MT-09 but more of a sport-tourer. Really nice bike and when I rode it, it felt REALLY Nice. Good luck, you will definitely get some more power going with the MT-09, but the Trident is no slouch either.

To be fair the triumph manual does state it'll take a short while to register as a full tank.

I think the gauge being "sticky" is a way to not have the fuel reading be all over the place depending on lean, acceleration, decelteration, wheelies, etc.

I have a 2020 street triple R and when I fill up my tank it does the same thing. I guess it is a Triumph Thing.

I now have a 2023 Tiger 900 and yup, does the same thing my Trident did. Definitely seems like a Triumph thing.

Other brands of bikes do the same fuel taking awhile to register.

Same here: my Trident does the same thing. At first, I thought it was broken but the dealer assured me it’s normal for a Triumph

It explains in manual about computer registering gas ⛽ level that it takes a mile to show on dash it's normal.
