obviously deaf. This is garbage. Japan is putting out far better than this.

I am a prog snob. But I found these girl passion on stage is irreplaceable. Strong voice from heart. I love it. Regarding some comments of the backing track issue… come on we are not listening to Dream Theater. The mix is still good , you can hear real instruments there.. This is a style and their way to go
Ok so they play with a click track for a lot of the lead guitar live, I had a feeling that’d be the case. I don’t blame them! Having all those lead riffs while singing is a ton to keep track of

This would be better with an actual live 4th member, just for live, kinda of like Biffy and Green Day, you need it to add layers to 3 piece.
@MrErhk0 Жыл бұрын
Would you have suggested that to Jimi Hendrix or Cream?
@maidthehormone Жыл бұрын
@Ian McGarr I agree with you, but then they would have to rename themselves to Quatdent...😵

Please stuck to your metallica. We dont need you stone age taste
I don’t get it, they have a recording of a second guitar ? Asaka doesn’t play the whole riffs ?? 😳 If that’s the case they need to find another guitar player and rename the band Fork 😂

I'm beginning to really hate the situation where bands play live to backing tracks. So many producers insist on overdoing recordings that bands are forced to use prerecorded backing in order to deliver the product to a live audience. In this case, I'd rather hear the raw three piece than what is presented in this video (off-pitch vocals and all).

i don't fully understand your meaning here. I'm not a native speaker and all that technical slang is hard to understand. Could you please explain in a simple way what is wrong with this video?

I brought this up on Lovebites' "Judgment Day," which relies heavily on Mao's "orchestral" tracks to provide a pervasive melodic pattern that no one will actually play but instead be played as a pre-recorded track when the piece is performed live. Still ambivalent about it. It probably can't be helped with three-piece bands who want to augment their sound tastefully; for example, my all-time favorite band, Rush, resorted to backing tracks in mid-to-late output to an extent, while also using the amazing technology of triggering sounds from one another's instruments. Their defense was these were sounds that they themselves created. Gacharic Spin relied on an invisible fifth player to provide synth parts when they were a four-piece band in their earliest days. I understand that fifth "player" was OreoReona, who eventually joined the band as an official member. For a 5-piece like Lovebites, as amazing as they are, to write music that requires a sixth instrumental component to be covered invisibly seems absurdly over the top, given that Asami, Midori, and certainly Miyako could cover keyboard parts. So, though I don't have a problem with the backing track for Trident, but I do think this is a worthy point to debate.

Unfortunately, studio band. Execution very suffered live. And the one in this video is not the only one.

who cares. whats important is these people had fun and they made great music. they perform it with backing track so what, they still did their parts live and overcame the limitations.every single band nowadays play with a sequencer. it serves to enhance the live experience, but also to help 3 piece band to be as big as a 5 piece band. whats important is the music being heard, not the how its being played
