we visited this society and the floor plans and quality of construction was really good , but there was no inventory for 3 bhk , it was only available at the 1st floor or top most floor , also the flat view at the first floor was completely blocked by societies nearby , also as mentioned the green area and amenities were something which we didnt like ( which is completely optional) but other then that the society was really good , also one thing we liked was the huge space on each floors between all the flats , huge corridor at each floor was really impressive because mostly we dont see such broad and open floor corridors , they are usually narrow , so if you are hosting a small get together or function you can easily organize it at your home and use the floor corridor, also the finishing of the house was done really well

I visited this property aroung 1.5yrs ago and situation was same at that time as well. Not sure they they are intentionally not selling of their units keeping that in mind they will sell it on higher price.

I am living near this society, and I was interested in buying their 4bhk flat due to the less loading and ample corridor space. I contacted a lot of brokers over the last few months , but I found that this project has some internal issues. I have seen that the progress is very slow.Their last tower construction got stopped. Builder has not opened the transfer. They shifted the loan from x bank to y. Most importantly, in rera, they have more than 20 complaints. In the flat they have a very big problem which is Beam. They have beam in almost all the rooms. So please make sure that you must be aligned with everything before buying the property.

Latest update. Devika gold home buyers are protesting against Trident builder and they have already destroyed the back boundary wall which separates devika from trident. As per them, devika has promised them that they will get the entry from the main road which will be handed over once the phase 2 is completed and now this phase 2 has been sold to Trident 4 years back. They got cheated by Their own builder devika and instead of demanding clarification from them they are protesting against Trident.
