So does it have snake guides at the tip ? If not it’s not that great and a varnish blank lets the line stick to it, i guess i’ll stick to Vision

Euro isn’t really fly fishing. I spent the early years of my fishing experiences using a very similar style fishing on the Great Lake tributaries called chuck and duck, we used 10’ #7 weight rods and amnesia line. Highly effective, but I enjoy fly fishing more with fly lines etc.

what do you use in the end of the leader when you euro nymph? pretty sure it's a fly. So it's fly fishing.

My favorite nymphing rod is...wait for it...Moonshine 10' 6" 3# Epiphany 2. Followed closely by the Mavrk Flash 10' 2#, then I would have to say my Diamondback 10' 10" 3#. I know, right?!
