Uhh what? Lol. Wild Tornado Select 1 face-up card in the Spell & Trap Card Zones and destroy it. The controller of the destroyed card can then Set 1 Spell or Trap Card from their hand. If this Set card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select and destroy 1 face-up card on the field. So basically, you can't target spells in the spell/trap zone if you're going to manually activate wild tornado. If this card is destroyed face-down that's the time that you can target ANY FACE UP CARD on the field.

Edward Timothy the point is this, shady activates Harpies hunting ground, his opponent gets a prompt to activate their facedown card. This proves it can't be wild tornado, because there are no face up cards in either spell/trap zone, spell/trap *zone* does not include field spells, therefore he could have summond a Harpies to destroy the facedown knowing that it wasn't wild tornado (or econ).

Wild Tornado can't target field spells unless it is destroyed while face down. Also I would suggest running super rush with some Wall of Disruption or Wind Storm/Curse of Anubis for the Hazy match up since Beast Raising doesn't raise defense and Super Rush isn't targeting their monster. Everything else like Big Bang and Wild Tornado don't work against Hazy at all.

Harpies might get some new support in the near future. Harpie queen is a 1900 beater that gets the name harpie lady on the field and you can discard her to get HHG if we ever get a copy for our decks. It was released in the same pack that a lot of cards we already have are in so expect it in 1-3 months.

@Shadypenguinn without going in the video past 2:20, I can tell you it's not Wild Tornado. Read your card carefully my dude. Wild Tornado cannot be activated on FIELD SPELLS. If your read is the card can be activated, and you have only done a Field Spell, that will rule out Wall of Disruption, Wild Tornado, Enemy Controller, etc.

Zapdite Wild tornado says to "select one face up card in the spell and trap zone". Field spells have their own " zone". Another name for spell and trap zone is backrow. Its easy to remember because it is the row that's in the back.

True, Wild Tornado can only target face-up S/T in his designated S/T zones. So by knowing that the card is activat-able, he should have known that it couldn't be Wild Tornado.

I just started playing more Ranked and with a Gladiator Beasts as Tea with Holy Guard. is it normal to fly through lower ranks quickly? I played Ranked for an hour and went from the bottom to Gold 5. not even Hearthstone is that easy.

yeah bottom of the ladder (bronze through Gold 5) is very easy to get through quickly with a decent deck, especially at this point in the season, where all the better duelists are in the upper ranks. Plus the lower on the ladder you are, the less wins you need to advance.

A gladiator beast deck is KoG worthy (provided you built an optimal deck) so yeah especially to gold it should be relatively easy, with balance you could probably do like a 20 win streak

Shady you should play horus lv8 deck with 3 srgt. Electros and card guard so horus can't be destroyed. Horus can negate any number of spell cards while electro locks the back row protecting you from traps. Card guard as well to protect horus from glad murmillo and man eater bug
