Robot half has a human eye with a tear coming from eye but lowered brow like in anger, and the human half has empty socket filled with 1's and 0's like binary. If you do from waist up maybe have mostly skin with patches missing and showing machinery under it, could maybe have a sword in human halfs hand and white surrender flag in robot half's hand, or the other way around. Idk if you will see this but maybe it will inspire you if you see this.

Partially stealing this idea from @ericapexx007, but have someone pick from 1 of three starters, then give the opponent the type. The opponent must give you an ability from a pokemon sharing the type (or if type is too confusing do the first letter of the pokemon's name) You ban "bad" abilities UNLESS you pick a legendary pokemon. Which you must tell your opponent. If you pick a legendary and their type coincides with a bad ability (or first letter does if you do that method) they can choose a bad ability to nerf it.
