Of course! I was surprised myself at the results but it is what it is 😆 but I'm still disappointed in 2024 that more available or non allocated whiskeys didn't make the list nor got close. Let's hope 2025 is a better year for non allocated whiskeys! Have a wonderful day and cheers ~

Good list. I agree with 4 of them, but I wouldn’t put the Bookers Reserves even in my top 20 this year. Some people loved it, others not so much. That’s why this game is fun. Thanks for the video!

I absolutely love that while some were doing a dry January, you took that time to sample every bottle, multiple times! It doesn't take much to get me to drink Heaven Hill 18 and Four Roses limited edition multiple times 🤣🤣🤣 But it was fun to do this. Interesting I've had the same pores I chose Russell 15 and 18 year Hill then 17 year Eagle Rare those were my three picks I liked the 15-year so much I put a case of six up in my collection for special occasions we're going to see a lot more aged Whiskey in the future special with MGP problems and all the small micro distilleries dropping out of the clouds

My top 5 of 2024: 1-5: WLW, GTS, COY, RR15, FourRosesLE, with the True #1 being a 50/50 blend of GTS & WLW...ITS AMAZING.

I was surprised to see the Bookers beat out RR15 but after trying my sample I can see why. Both are amazing. My top 5 for 2024: 5- JD Coy Hill 4- Redwood Empire Haystack sib 3-Little Book Chapter 8 2-JD 12 year 1- RR 15

Nice choice’s! It’s always so hard to pick just five, so I won’t! I will say that every time I go back to the Booker’s Reserve I always think WOW that’s so good! At the moment mine are: 1) Jack Daniels Coy Hill 2) Russell’s 15yr 3) Booker’s Reserves 4) Michters 10yr bourbon 5) Michters BS rye 6) Smokeye Hill BP 7) Little Book Infinite 8) Discovery 12 And on and on and on:) Cheers

I’m very impressed with your methodology and your ranking. Of the regular available bottles, I think Stagg 24D was great. However, I didn’t get it till 2025 so I guess it’s gonna fall into next year’s rankings. I also think for $45 the Russell’s reserve 10 year. LL/ME was great.

Hey Scott! Some bottles that were more available that almost cracked by Top 10 was WT 101 70th, Russell's 10 Year LL/ME19, Stagg 24A, Old Overholt 11 Year Rye, Sagamore 9 Year Rye. I'm sure I'm missing one or two I had on the list but the top 5 were just exceptional whiskeys 😆 Have a fantastic weekend and cheers~

Just got a bottle of the A.Smith Bowman...easily will be in my top 5 of 2025! For the FR 135 in the liquor cabinet at a Krogers at MSRP lol! The guy was like, "I just put that in there 10 mins ago lol!" First GTS for me was 2023 at the beginning of 2025! Bookers Reserves was in my top 5 of 2024 as well. All my best bottles I got were this year, in the month of January...with the exception of RR15 (GTS 2023, A.Smith Bowman, 13th Colony DO and 15th anniversary). Will be doing a blind with those and my top 5 of last year.

Stagg 24C was good…. But you are right the rest didn’t have that WOW effect. GTS 24 is great…. Got mine for $200. I was in shock when i got it. But i shouldn’t be. Sad to see all these amazing whiskies just collecting dust when they should be in my bar being poured with friends and family. I’m looking forward to 2025

One downside of all whiskeys on my list was the price (or realistic price to obtaining them, either be time or money). I wish there was a whiskey that was just easier to get or cheaper... but those just didn't make the Top 5 this year. Let's hope in 2025 there will be a regular release (like JD rye in 2023) that will crack my Top 5! Have a fantastic weekend and cheers~
