SHINee is definitely known as KINGS of live performances. They trained to have steady vocals by running while singing since before debut and it just kept improving. That's why their live vocals and energy never wavered despite executing crazy, complex choreographies in a three-hour long concert that barely has any breaks in between aside from speedy outfit changes.

This is SHINee the "Prince Of Kpop" who debuted 2008 and sold-out 55,000 seat's on Tokyo Dome just for a mere fanmeet and not even a concert, 2nd Generation idol's who still Knock-off even the new idol's and other idol's who debuted on 3rd and 4th Generation...their impact is still great even after 13 year's on the industry...they alway's give's 125% on what they do...may it be practice or concert...so watching them,going to their concert's are worth it...legend indeed...😊❤❤❤💎💎💎💎💎

That's SHINee for you, pure greatness. And pretty much no one will argue with you on that fact. LOL :D Fun fact: "Sherlock" is a special song that combines 2 songs from SHINee's album "Clue" and "Note." That's why the title of this performance is called "Sherlock (Clue & Note)" If you were to listen to the album you would see that they are two separate songs, but when combined they become "Sherlock." So, what you heard was a mashup of the two songs. (Just like with SuperM's song "One (Monster & Infinity)") Key -- the one with the grey hair -- is our fashionista of the group and he is known for creating the outfits for a lot of SHINee's MVs and live performances. Key designed several outfits for this concert, including the ones you see them wearing in this set. The embellishments and design was created by him. Key has even been given the official title as SM's director of fashion. Those vocals are why SHINee are known as one of the best live performances in Kpop. Jonghyun is one of the best vocalist in the industry and what you just experienced is why SHINee is one of the most well respected groups in all of Kpop. Even as rookies Jonghyun and Onew were so well respected for their vocal abilities that they were mentors and vocal coaches for several SM artists, including some of the members of EXO. "Sherlock (Clue & Note)" is about being Sherlock-like detectives so that is why you see them drawing the line on the floor like they are investigating clues and why you see them doing that Sherlock Holmes-style exaggerated march in the dance, etc. The choreography for "Sherlock (Clue & Note)" was created by Tony Testa . "Sherlock" was the first time SM (or pretty much anyone in the Kpop industry) had ever used a famous choreographer, and at the time, it was the most expensive Kpop production ever. Once again, SHINee were trendsetters and because of SHINee's skill level, SM became the first to see the value in using a well-known choreographer to help create their dances and to strive for a level of choreography and video production that surpassed anything that had ever been done before. (Now, SHINee -- and numerous SM groups -- have worked with Tony Testa multiple times over the years.) Today it's common place for Kpop companies to have really famous in-house choreographers, and to seek out people in the industry who are really making a name for themselves to choreograph for them, but SHINee was one of the first. If you think this performance was insane, just wait until you see the full concert. They perform like this for 3 hours straight and they never take more than a 5 minute break in between sets to change their clothes and get ready for the next set. If you watched this full set you would see that right after this they immediately follow this song up with their song "Shine" and then their Iconic performance of "Stranger" and then "Picasso." They don't even have a chance to catch their breath, and yet, right after that, when they interact with the audience, they don't even look or sound like the performance has even started. And they do it all while singing live the whole time. :D I recently found where someone has reuploaded the whole concert DVD of SHINee World Concert IV in Seoul -- the whole 3+ hours -- and it even has English subs for all the parts where they interact with the audience, right in the video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIXOn4KCmtiImZY It really feels like you are right there at this concert.
