Was so cool to hear my jingle! Been listening for years, hearing them react to something I did was really special. The other one was fantastic as well, so much talent in this audience

The moment Pflax very deliberately said "This has been the most boring week in history" I was certain he was hinting this recording was the Tuesday following the Trump shooting, then Sips just chimes in afterwards and says it 😂😂

I love how Pyrion has a better idea for vegetarian recipes than the 2 vegetarians. Seriously, after all this time hearing Lewis and Sips talk about what they’re eating I’m convinced they’re absolutely clueless cooks.

Pyrion has always secretly been the vegan advocate on this podcast lol. He's the only one with consistently reasonable takes behind the morality of it all.,

59:35 -this. we kids were not to ask grandfathers what they did at war. or any other older members of family. there were no warstories, only silence, shaky hands and pills to calm the fuck down. we learned not to ask, but to love and understand, their lives were forever broken for what they were forced to do.

Sips's confusion that all traditions start at some point and sometimes you're only year 2.

To help the lad with the vegan friend: get some nice pesto for quick easy pastas, grab some mushrooms, they go into a lot plus grab some tinned lentils, which can be used for an ok mince substitute if we don't have Quorn or other substitutes in the house. If they like curries/Thai food, grab some curry paste and some coconut milk, curry in 5 min with whatever other ingredients you want to use up. Also also, you can make a mean dahl with some cheap dried pulses lentils and split peas, plus some spices. Biff into a slow cooker/pressure cooker (or use a pot on the stove if you aren't lazy like me) add some water (1-2 times as much dry). Stir regularly and it will absorb and make a curry/porridge/risotto type thing. Also the supermarket shop as a duo is a great shout from the lads.

For someone who has felt motion sick after playing half life.. i totally understand that, funny its only with HL2, not with mostly any other game, its probably cause of a bit of frame pacing issue

In regards to the Art guy email, I think the issue really came down to bad business and not paying for the piece to be made upfront. I've done commission work for a long time now and have always done business this way even with friends and I've never had an issue. A running theme with struggling artists isn't that they're bad artists, they're just bad at business.

The farmer thing is fallacious. There has been research into crop related deaths. Most deaths from crop farming are either pesticides or the odd animal that gets in. A lot of crops are fed to livestock. whilst humans only have a small amount. Which means the majority of crop deaths are caused by livestock farming. This is a generalisation though i encourage viewers do their own research into the topic. No side is perfect, but it's obvious which is the lesser of two evils
@HYPERPEACE5 ай бұрын
Also, the onus is on you of you spread misinformation or fallscious reasoning. Credit to the vegan movement, at least there is evidence behind what is said, and are trying to avoid environmental disaster
@torcrawley68823 ай бұрын
Arable farmer here, sit in the cab with me for 12hrs and tell me its fallacious, it's not the occasional animal. Modern arable farming techniques are disastrous for the natural world and the only effective way we have of feeding so many people. Can't get more environmental sound than a well managed small scale mixed system of arable and livestock. You know, not dissimilar to how the real natural world works...
