Hi Controls Hero. I'm commenting before I actually watched the entire video but you mentioned you never got the restart to work properly? Did you try the restart controller command from Metasys as this may be a state triggered/generated through MSTP? 🤔 Edit: just seen it! 👍🏼🤣

Hi Controls Hero, Could you please give me some advices about the following question: 1. Does the DDC keep the last value of AV, BV and MV when DDC's the power is restore? 2. If the question number 1 is YES. So, how can you change AV, BV and MV value to the default value when the DDC's power is restore? Thank you!!!

Hi Tran Son, sorry for the very late reply. Excellent questions! Answering to your question #1, it all depends on how your software points were configured. I am assuming you are talking about an AV, BV, or MV created as a Network Input. However, if you want these points to go to their default value, you will have to uncheck all the boxes under "Restore Command Priority". You can find this by double clicking on your point in CCT. Or in Metasys, you find them by right clicking on your point, then View, and Options tab. Hope this helps, I just tested live on an NAE and FEC controller. Thanks! P.S.
