I’m 30 years old and I had a car accident when I was 14 that caused something called backslap syndrome according to doctors. For more than half of my life, I have been suffering from headaches, tinnitus, muscle tension on the right side of my body, loss of balance, etc. In the past 16 years, I’ve seen dozens of doctors from China to France, and I’ve tried many different treatments which did help relieve the pain for a moment but did not solve the problem fundamentally. About 6 months ago, a physician, also a friend, started using dry needling with echographie to treat my suboccipital muscles and my situation has improved fundamentally; 98% of symptoms have disappeared. Although I’m not yet totally recovered, I can see obvious progression every week and I can see it ending. I strongly recommend dry needling to those who suffer similar symptoms as I did and I hope they can regain their health. I am open to share my experience and technical details to anyone who is interested. I was helpless and desperate for so long time. Today if possible, all I want is to help.

These types of headaches are crippling indeed... I often mistake them for migraine headaches. Panado, pressing on trigger points, lots of water and relaxation help a great deal. And of course minimal screen time

This is exactly what happened to me a few days ago. The headache started suddenly at noon. It was mainly on the right and radiated to the area above the eyes. The headache continued until the next evening when I figured out to check my neck for trigger points. The trigger points in my neck on the right were incredibly painful. When I pressed on them the headache became many times stronger. So I realized that I had found the right points. After 10 minutes the pain began to go away and at night I slept without a headache.

@@thehardest684 Thank you. Yes, this therapy helps relieve cramps. Two months ago I started doing kinesiofitness (remedial fitness) which greatly improved the situation with all pain in my body.
