I know there will be some to say " Pay them no attention...it's what the seek".! This video was a spur of the moment video, I had no intentions of making it....with that being said...I come to you today in my natural state...this is real life my friends...I strive to bring you the most authentic content I can...on some days...you will see me a dolled up and some you won't...I am not a Hollywood celebrity...I am human that lives a very full life...I am not a shallow person, I do not depend on my looks to carry me through life...I simply am living my best life...some days that means all made up...and some days, Not so much!
I am of the belief if we don't...at times, stand up...it will just get more and more out of control....BE KIND, every single human being has daily struggles...why be that person...the one who just piles on the insults....stop and really take a look inside to see why you feel the need to insult a person ...and why it makes you feel good about doing so...OK, Enjoy your peach cobbler...it's REALLY GOOD. And for the record, nothing that anyone else says about me will ever change the way I choose to live my life...Much love always!!

Tammy, there is so much I want to say in response to this video, but I am going to try to sum it up by saying I think of you as my sister. What I see when I look at you and what I hear when I listen to you is everything I want to be: a beautiful, confident, proud, intelligent woman who motivates, teaches, consoles, encourages, and reminds others that aging is a part of life; it's a privilege. We should not have to hide our age. Whenever I feel sorry for myself because I am 54, I think of you. You exemplify beauty in every sense of the word. Please continue to be you, for so many of us see the true Tammy, and we adore her. ❤

Dear Tammy, The people who say unkind things literally break my heart. If I could wipe these comments out before you see them. Please go back and review your beautiful pictures with your gray hair. You are just gorgeous! But more than your appearance is your heart and who you are. I am 76 years old. I know I am a younger 76 year old. But it is my spirit that keeps me young and moving. You are an inspiration to so many aging females. By the way I wore a pair of Dean Davidson earrings to church this morning. I saw them on you and fell in love with them. I heard someone say recently. Be Kind and make good decisions. 😊

Don’t you wish people would take to heart the old saying live and let live. Some people just think to much about themselves and shoving their opinions down our throats. Just thought I would let you know I may not comment often but you are my inspiration. I didn’t have much of a problem with my age until I hit 65. People always told me I looked so much younger then my age. Well at 64 those compliments stopped. Add that I’m over weight and you have one gal struggling to like herself again. I enjoy you as the person you are dolled up or not, I love it that you are real. I don’t need the fantasy, I just need an honest friend. Someone who lifts me up and helps me feel good about myself, and you do just that. You are perfect the way you are, and I look forward to all your videos whatever they are about. Huge Hugs.

You really struck a chord in me today! I went through similar feelings about my hair when I decided to go “natural”. I started going gray in the 6th grade. By 15, I was dying my hair to hide a wide gray streak. That continued until I was 66. I couldn’t deal with the hassle any longer. It looked terrible growing out and the comments from others was extremely hurtful. I did start cutting my hair more frequently to get rid of the blonde and finally made a decision to go shorter to get rid of the last bits. I do have times where I would love to dye my hair, but knowing l would have to go back to the salon every month, is a real turn off. Besides, I’ve had strangers, both men and women, stop me and tell me how beautiful my hair is. That’s a real boost! BTW, I’m now 76. As to the weight, I’m also from a family that has weight issues that lead to health issues that contributed deaths. My younger sister had weight loss surgery and lost 135 pounds. We had been estranged for a number of years and when I saw her, I didn’t recognize her! We talked about the surgery and before long, I decided to go down the same path. I had some weight related health problems and felt that if I didn’t do something, my time on earth was quickly coming to an end. I was 65. One month before my 66th birthday, I had completed all the testing and requirements ( it took that long since other problems were discovered). My highest weight was 305. I was 5’7”. Over the next 2 years, I lost 160 pounds. I felt great! Diabetes under control with diet alone, no meds. Blood pressure down, cholesterol and triglycerides down. Breathing improved. I could walk longer distances. Life was great. The only drawback was sagging skin. It doesn’t bounce back after being stretched out for years and the aging process doesn’t help. Unfortunately, since the beginning of this year, I have developed issues related to stress and have lost 30 more pounds. I’m in process of testing, but so far no physical health issues have been found. My family is aware of this and have been very supportive, but my niece hadn’t seem me in months. When we did meet, she ran over to me and said, “You’ve got to stop losing weight. You look emaciated!” I know she meant well and was concerned, but those words really hurt. I know I don’t look my best. I see it in the mirror every single day. No one has to tell me. I’m tired all the time. I take care of a husband (like yours, a retired doctor) with dementia. Life ain’t easy. People don’t know how much words can hurt. They don’t live in your house and wear your shoes. We do the best we can when we are in public whether it’s on KZbin, Instagram or the “real world”. We don’t always need the peanut gallery to comment on our looks or condition. If I like me when I go out, that’s good enough for me. Why does someone else think they have the right to negatively comment? “Why don’t you dye your hair? You would look younger. I will never go gray as long as they have hair dye.” “Have you tried the ______ diet? That might help you.” “Oh, you’re so thin. Don’t you think you should stop those crazy diets?” Yep, I’ve heard it all. Seems the only filter anyone uses nowadays is on their cell phones to make them look better. Maybe someone should start an etiquette channel. God knows we could surely use one! I love your hair! It’s beautiful and so are you!

Tammy, I recently came across your channel and am so glad I did. You are absolutely beautiful inside and out. I just turned 58 and have noticed ALL the aging changes you speak about. I started noticing these changes a couple of years ago. I recently spoke with a trainer who suggested the same things you do. She even mentioned the long hours I work as a nurse is not the ideaI situation due to not being able to eat regular, especially in the critical care area in a level 1 trauma center. I am always exhausted after my shifts, but I do force myself to get some exercise after a day of resting. I started counting macros and resistance training, thanks to YOUR inspiration. I love 💕 your hair, skin, transparency, and I so look forward to “what you eat/exercise” videos. I hope to look half as good as you do when I am 63! Please keep those videos coming!!!!! There is nothing wrong with aging gracefully.

Also I LOVE my silver long hair (I’m 60) and was so happy to see you embrace your silver. You look glorious with it and I hope you decide to keep it. I’m a teacher and I have a poster in my classroom that says “if you can’t be kind, be quiet”. I love this video Tammy and I love your confidence and approach to beauty. It is so refreshing! I’m 55 and have decided over the years that I won’t be doing a lot of procedures to look “younger”. I’m like you and want to look my best, be healthy, and feel good, but honestly I prefer a more natural look over the fake faces. I do struggle with it though because I have noticed my smile lines have gotten more prominent and I do have a few lines on my forehead, but overall, I think I have a youthful look. I would like to get to a place where I wasn’t focused on my flaws so much and just live with a grateful heart each day. I noticed my flaws, but probably most other people do not…because they’re focusing on their own flaws.😂 And guess what- none of us are perfect and everyone has flaws. So we just need to find what we want for ourselves and be content with those decisions. I’m amazed and sad that people are so quick to criticize others appearances. I love to encourage others and build them up, not tear other’s down. We all have our life we are trying to live the best way we can and hurtful comments just make people feel worse about their life…why would we want anyone to feel that way? We need more encouragement in the world. Let’s all do what we can to encourage others each day.❤️

Tammy I needed your rant today. First let me say, those people are horrible, and they are probably not very happy with them self. I am 71 and was feeling like you gotta try harder woman. But you put things in perspective. Thank you for that. And also being in that mood, I was thinking about cutting my own silver locks, and your advice was sound, don’t do anything until you’ve settled down. I enjoy you very much, and I like that you shoot from the hip. Everyone enjoy your life, there will always be criticism, let them stew….

Yes! Loved this video! I’m almost 68 and I’m so tired of people being just RUDE! I too have let my long hair grow out to gray! Yes, I’m gray and 68! I still get comments like why did you quit coloring your hair or you look much older not being blonde! I’m fit and weak daily and have great bloodwork and only on thyroid meds! I just don’t get why props have to be rude! I’m so tired of influencers telling me I have to dress daily in 100.00 jeans, I clean my own house and live doing it! I don’t want a maid or a decorator! I love being retired and being HOME! It seems not many understand it! I love being home with my tshirt and shorts cleaning organizing, cooking for my husband, walking and caring for my dogs, gardening! So many things I love about NOT leaving my house! Yes, I do go out and if I’m having friend or family time I do dress up and put on makeup! Influencers that just show hauls or makeup are of no interest to me any longer! I have things to do! I love your videos Tammy so real and I can relate! No I’m not getting crap in my face either but each his own! Just don’t be rude!

I think people criticize others to make themselves feel better about themselves. I try never to say something that is going to make another feel bad about themselves. I used to tell my students that just because you have a thought doesn't mean you have to express it. Some things are just better to keep to ourselves. I have always been criticized for my weight even when I LOST over 50 pounds! Build others up, don't try to break them down or try to make someone look bad or feel bad. Just say something good, or shut the heck up! Women are the worst at tearing down other women! I think you are beautiful inside and out. Thank you for responding with such grace. :). Tammy, from the first time 3 odd yrs ago, scrolling thru videos on KZbin, I saw 1 of yours & thought you were stunningly beautiful. I remember thinking you were so beautiful, I wasn’t even going to stop scrolling to watch, because everything was probably out of my reach! It wasn’t until several months had past before I actually stopped to watch one of your vids that came on my feed. It was then that I discovered your beauty was accompanied by an intelligent sharp witted mind & that you were poised & radiated self confidence. It took a few more videos before I came to truly appreciate just how down to earth you really are. All characteristics I admire deeply. I’m happy to hear that you will not let the smallness of the self appointed critics get to you. You are a fabulous inspiration to many of us who like you, are striving to be the very best we can be no matter what the calendar says. We watch you because we are also determined to meet & embrace our age w/defiance, strength, self confidence, grace, gratitude & timeless beauty. So thank you for sharing you along w/all your advice, tutorials & finds.

What a shame that people are so negative and honestly, jealous.. You have to know that you inspire me more than anyone on social media, or at least in this platform. I watch many Christian podcasts and they are definitely inspiring to me.. I will say this, they are attacked as well.. It seems that when you’re heart is real and trying to actually help people, there are just haters out there that are full of jealousy and negativity.. sad, sad, sad..,Tammy, please continue to let your light shine.. you are more than kind, fun, and soo beautiful.. both on the inside and out.. you’ve helped us all to see that it’s possible and your honestly is quite frankly so very encouraging as well.. Thank you ❤❤❤

You and your hair color are stunning. Coming from a 44 yr old hair stylist. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been encouraging some clients to transition. Lighter hair seems to be less harsh as we get older and not everyone can afford (time or money) to cover their new growth every 4 weeks. Anyway, I firmly believe the people who leave negative comments don’t even believe their own opinions. They’re just saying horrible things behind a screen because they can and are probably very unhappy with themselves. Simply stunning. That’s all. 💜

I LOVE YOUR GRAY SPARKLE and everything else about you! I love your honesty and I was so pleased to see this video at this point in my life. I have given thought to what you said and you are soooo right in WE ALL NEED TO BE KIND! I myself could do better as well! I guess I have not given enough thought to what all you said, but I sure am right now. I like you, just want to be the best that I can be. I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago w/ a life long illness and continue to deal w/ the struggles daily. I have been in normal weight status for years until the last several months and now I have dropped weight drastically and it isn't anything that I have control over. I always felt comfortable w/ my well deserved lines on my face because hey I am 59 not 30. But due to such drastic weight loss, I have so many wrinkles in my nasolabial areas. I have cried and struggled with this for a month or so now. I am headed out on a vacation in a week and am so nervous because a lot of people that I am going to see have no idea of my illness all this time and they are now going to see me in a w/c, oxygen dependent, lots of skin sagginess, the inability to curl my hair and do my make up, and see the bean pole that I am. I was petrified of the thought of going. But after listening to you today, I think it has helped and I want to thank you! You do you girl! You look GREAT! Now I am going to finish the rest of your video!

I too, (I hit 70 in March) have gotten control of my health, my eating and my metabolism. Some have told me I'm too thin. I'm good now and don't plan to lose anymore. When I hear that though, I'm reminded of an outing to an antique shop more than 20 years ago. I came upon a gorgeous dark green wool womans suit, it was beautiful. I checked the labels for the designer. I noticed it was a size 12, no freakin' way, at the time I was a 12 and this suit would NEVER fit me...ever!! The take away, if a 12 was considered the average woman's size and how that "average size" has changed over time. I want to add that at size 12, I don't think anyone considered me overweight. At 70, I'm much more comfortable at a size 2 or 4. You keep up the good health Tammy ❤

Bonjour Tammy, I come here today, after watching you for many years now, to tell you that I totally agree with you. I felt that I had to write you this note because I, like you, have long hair and they are natural, i.e. lots of grey in - also, it is long, very long to the middle of my back ! Guess what, many times some of people at work (before I retired) told me : " you dont think you should cut your hair, Rosy ? I dont know a woman your age having such long hair " - Well guess what, I have long hair but I seldom wear it long, it is always up and it looks great and I am loving it and I dont have to fuss with it for long time in the morning ! My hair is nice, soft, shinny and in perfect condition. I feel good, I look good, I am in good health and that to me is what is most important, I am HAPPY !! I think I have a right to have a life that I enjoy and being happy. I don't take any medication, I love to garden, read, exercise moderately, love, love to cook (healthy that is) and share meals with friends and family ; my passion is to create beautiful table scape and enjoy nice conversation and sharing the love. I much prefer to watch people that are real and not always made up, I find it more appealing to me as they represent real life. Continue to be yourself, to be happy, to take good of yourself and to enjoy your life ma belle Tammy. Much love and appreciation your way. - Rosalind -

Hi Tammy, I am always amazed at how ruthless some people can be.🥺 I just don't understand it. I love watching your videos so much...... I believe you are one of the most authentic people I have come across on utube. You are always upfront with your audience and your kind spirit shows through!! I admire your motivation, your wisdom and dedication to us your viewers. I have learned so much from you in regard to what aging gracefully can be and what it looks like. I admire your confidence it shines through in all that you do. I too just turned 64 this past month. I have learned to be grateful that I have had the PRIVILEGE of still being here. Unfortunately, some close friends and family members haven't been as lucky. Continue to be the strong, beautiful person that you are. I wish you only the best because you deserve it. Thanks for helping us through this thing they call aging!¡. KEEP SHINING GIRL!! ❤

Greetings, Miss Tammy - I dont comment often, but have watched your channel for years. I just want to thank you for bringing such a real, authentic and kind approach to well-being and anti-aging. I have learned so much from you over the years, skin, hair and now fitness. You are full wisdom, great information - blending glamour, humor, and kindness at the same time. I appreciated this video and reminders to be kind, polite, and that we are all on this beautiful yet sometimes challenging journey of life together.

I sure hope that you don’t dye that gorgeous gray hair!!! And I love the length, it’s STUNNING!!! I am a long hair girl too- but I only recently cut it short solely because I had henna red hair, and you really can’t bleach out henna without damaging it like crazy! So I chose to start fresh with my gray being short instead of the two tone of vibrant red and gray and remain long! I most definitely prefer to wear my hair up, and I still do even with my one inch ponytail! Lol! But again- your hair is absolutely STUNNING!!!! Whoever is telling you to change it is 👎👎👎👎!!!! And as far as you ‘trying so desperately to look younger’… omg, these people FUME me!!! Just as you said- you look HEALTHY and you don’t have any fake crap going on!!!! BRAVO TO YOU!!!!! Your kind of aging is my kind aging, girl!!!! I hope you can ignore and forget about these utterly ignorant comments by low IQ fools!!!

Miss Tammy, there are some comments made to you that were rude and completely out of order. I wish I never had a negative thought about situations or people, I do, but I try to keep a lid on it. I think that some people have evil intent and set out to hurt and discourage. I rarely comment anymore because people can take issue with anything you say. I appreciate that you are putting a lot of yourself out in the world. I enjoy learning about your diet and what has been working for you. I also kinda think it is your hair, choice of style and colour should be self explanatory and not require commentary. I have loved the products you share and look forward to your style tips and tricks. Thank you for having the ability to generally tune out the noise of the nasty and keep on coming back with such innovative and interesting content.

Tammy----I love what you said "you don't know what you are talking about".....OMGosh, this is pure truth!!!! Instead of asking how I feel about something, they just have an opinion. I've been growing my hair out since March 25, 2022. It is completely grown out now as I went and gave my hair a good chop with lots of layers. Well, this has left me with more of my "under" hair showing which makes it look more "gray" than silver, my point being...there are times I see myself in the mirror now and I just don't like it. Yesterday I almost caved and dyed my hair----but, I talked myself out of it and said, these layers will grow out and then I'll assess my situation. I'm so glad you are calling out "uncouth" people. I am 59---is my face dropping, yes! But, like you, I have healthy skin/hair, my eyes are bright and my body needs work!! You are one of my favs, I discovered you in 2017ish and I stay because of your authenticity. I feel like it's a privilege to age, even more so along side you!!!! I'm here for it!!!!

Tammy, one of the many wonderful reasons I follow you is that you are trustworthy, totally genuine, down to earth, kind, and you speak up about things that matter to you. You don't look older now you have lost weight, you are not skin and bone and your luscious grey/white hair is stunning. I really don't understand why people are so nasty, they hide behind the keyboard and feel great about themselves. Well they are jealous, sad, lonely, little people who need to get a life and before judging someone they need to look hard in the mirror and ask themselves how they would feel if they were being judged. I love wearing make up and wearing nice clothes, my nails are always painted , I do my hair and I do it all for myself and it makes me feel good. You inspire me so much Tammy and I am so glad I came upon your channel. Kindness costs nothing, so in a world where you can be anything try a little kindness to your fellow human being. xx

Here's to being imperfectly perfect. That is my new mantra thank you Tammy. You do you and don't let anyone stop you. You are beautiful and to everyone out there, you too are beautiful but please bear in mind you can only be beautiful from the inside out, if it's not on the inside it won't show on the outside. If you are happy with how you are tweaking every now and then that is fabulous (that is to everyone not to Tammy, she's perfectly imperfect) it must be exhausting for those who have to say or comment negative things. Being nice is so uplifting to yourself and to those around you, and being horrible makes you feel horrible. We don't want those kind of people in our lives and we will defend anybody they try to bring down. We love being imperfectly perfect and will continue to please ourselves. xxxx ❤❤❤ By the way Tammy you are more naturally beautiful, relatable and brave than the surgically enhanced or painted who look so unreal and could never look truly beautiful and certainly never natural.

I am sad you had to address these cowardly keyboard critics. I was taught to never ever write something that I wouldn’t or couldn’t say to someone’s face or if I couldn’t say something kind and helpful, say nothing at all. I have followed you for years now. You are a remarkably beautiful woman and come across as someone I would want to be friends with, hang out with, and trust you would be honest and true as my sister from another mother. I’ve been your cheerleader since you began your hair color transition and you inspired me to do the same. Granted, I don’t have the beautiful mane that you have, but you still inspired me to take the journey to silver hair. I’m currently 11 months in on my journey; oddly enough, I’m not at all grey/silver, instead I’m mostly dishwater blonde with shiny silvers and a few grayish clumps. Because my hair is curly, no has actually noticed my transition to silver, just a few comments about how I must have new hi/lo lights? Anyway, I’m glad you addressed these silly comments from women who lack the courage to be true to themselves and jealous of someone who is everything they’ll never be. Good on you! Oh, and your health journey, keep on doing what you’re doing, you are fabulous!

I think your just perfect. I stopped with the coloring in November of 18. My birthday is November also and I will be 62. I was only told by women my age to not let my gray show. All the younger women and my husband were all for it. My hair is now way down my back and it’s healthy. I still have a lot of brown but guess what it’s my natural brown. I lost that over the years of coloring. I wish mine was your silver as it’s the most beautiful but mine will get there. Your an inspiration. Women can be mean for sure but this lady isn’t and we are in this together to live our best life doing what we want and enjoying the ride. Truly life is short now that I’m here in the age so I want everyday to be a memory. ❤❤❤❤

Tammy I love your hair. If anyone is telling you how to change your hair, please ignore them. I have silver hair since my 40s and it is part of my family due to pre-mature grey. Since I my 21st bday I have a silver streak. Did I color my hair yes and every color of the rainbow. I am a woman that likes rock and roll and live my life for me no others. I have cut my long hair to a short buzz pixie and to my surprise I get compliments at 67. But I live my life the way I want I don’t care what anybody say it is my beautiful life not theirs. So I say my darling Tammy, you go girl you are a strong woman I have seen your videos for such a long time about 9 yrs. And you are just getting better. I enjoy your videos. Oh, do I feel ya. I'm probably two thirds of the way grown out. It's less bright silvery white than I'd like, except in the front, but it's okay. Most of the time I'm loving it. And then there's the occasional day I think "I did really dig the blonde, though...." Then I remember chasing the roots.....NAH. I CAN ROCK THIS AND SO CAN YOU, BABY. One "friend", when I told her I was growing it out, clutched the pearls she was not wearing, made a face as if a moose had just shat on her bed, continued making horrified faces for about thirty seconds, jerking around on her sofa like she'd been zapped with a cattle prod or was having a seizure - it was ALMOST funny - and told me "That Is Going To Age You TERRIBLY!" You're a vibrant, healthy example of someone going into their older years being the healthiest version of themselves they can be, taking care of their body/skin/hair and not drinking the koolaid the "plastic surgery/beauty industry" uses to rid women of the contents of our bank accounts. There is no SHAME in being the age we are. Know what's youthful? Confidence and Authenticity. You have both, happened to get good genetics, and are doing the work of maintenance, too :D Sharing it with us is our good fortune! You inspire me and obviously plenty of others. Tune 'em out. They Can't Handle It. I don't know these opinionated self important keyboard critics but I'm sure they all look like young supermodels and are never going to even age at all. In their dreams. They are insecure and delusional. You are real. Authentic, as we now say. And funny as hell. And You Look Terrific.

Dear Tammy, I have been watching you for years and let me say simply that you are an inspiration to me. Just one example - You choosing to let your beautiful gray hair grow out inspired me to also allow my gray hair to grow out; which I had been coloring it myself dark brown for about 30 years. After a few months into my grow out I discovered skin cancer on my scalp that had went undetected under all that that dark dyed hair. Two reconstruction surgeries later I am doing well. Thank you Tammy for showing by example what "ageless beauty" looks like. Laurine❤️

Lovely display of CLASS as always CMT by handling the inappropriate comments , and always with a touch of humor! I was giggling a moment or 2 and watched twice but i do take what you’re dealing with seriously and empathize with you 💯 5 of us recently went to pittsburgh for a few nights for a celebration of fun and friendship and my friend of 40yrs tried to ruin it all~she is obese and fell twice this summer, broke her ankle and then the opposite arm and was in a wheelchair for our trip. the last time she saw me i was 40lbs heavier and she berated me about wearing tank tops and shorts, my diet etc. i know she feels helpless and mad at herself and lashed out but there were manipulating lies she tried to get by with, i was her punching bag~ i ended the friendship permanently a few hours after we returned home. some things are unforgivable. i’m glad the rude comments are not from any close friends of yours and you are strong enough to thwart the damage. it really does come from a place of mental instability or outright jealousy imo. some people can’t handle that you have total control over yourself and your Spirit is free and happy! I’m with ya Lady!! be strong and strong-minded as you are, the majority of your subscribers are benefiting from your social media content!!! xo ❤

But as I also went gray after Covid there are times I think I sure miss the color. But agree with wait for the moment and see if that’s what someone really wants. My time was last week I was in that funk. But I remembered every 10 days that gray coming in. So so thankful I have been able to be this age (63) so gray is the new me. Tammy, I have been with you for a very long time. You have been an inspiration to me. You are beautiful inside and out. I often wonder why we (as a society) have become so vocal and think we can say whatever it is that is on our minds. As you said, we would never do this in the presence of another. Proper educate has been diminished by social media. There are many advantages to technology; but one major drawback, in my opinion, is the ability to hide behind a keyboard. Honestly, I do not think this is going to get better. I'm glad you did this video. Maybe those that feel they have to "share" every though might think again. Miss Tammy, I can really relate to what you were talking about at the beginning of your video, I had to lose weight because of my spinal damage and I’d Gained weight after I had an accident that gave me my spinal damage, people/friends never told me I was getting fatter than what I originally was But when I started to lose the weight, they sure did start telling me how much Skin and Bones I looked, I was getting myself Healthy Again after being on antidepressant and pain medication, I also agree with you about not doing Anything to your appearance When you’re feeling not so good about yourself, one of the things for Me was when I lost my little fur baby, I was going to get his birth date and the day he passed tattooed on my body, my husband said to me, just Wait and See How You Feel in a couple of months, it’s been 7 years and I Never Got That Tattoo and I’ve lost another fur baby since, my hubby gave me the Best Advice, I didn’t need a Tattoo to Remember My Beloved Fur Babies, they took a piece of my Heart with Them and I Have Beautiful Memories of Both of Them, I’m going to have to come back to your video because it’s getting late here in Australia 🇦🇺 But I Really Want To Finish watching and listening to what else you have to say, So For Now My Friend, I’ll leave you and come back tomorrow morning when I can sit and watch your video from start to finish. Tammy I think the white is so cool looking - i just want you to be aware - your hair when it was blonde looked better than 90 percent of all the 20,30, plus year olds hair - plus its just amazingly healthy glamorous perfect. so you having white hair is so so cool as well- but ya the blonde hair- i worked in clubs with young beautiful female entertainers starting age early as 18 - in Las Vegas, Miami, Nashville, Chicago, LA, Pheonix, and more and every girl tried to have hair like that and MOST OF THEM like 95 percent- had to have a wig or have hair extentions to achieve what your hair did with all your hair- (we had a on staff hair stylist and also they paid top dollar to achieve that look.) i noticed this when i first time i saw you. You always look amazing. Age gracefully you do this !! love your show thank you !

You’re absolutely right, Tammy, they don’t know what they’re talking about when they say those things! Girlfriend, your hair is beautiful. Your face is gorgeous and your body looks terrific. I’m 67. I color my hair blonde. I don’t like myself in white hair. My mother thought the same way. If I could have your hair color, I would definitely do it in a heartbeat! I wear my hair long too. I don’t give a $&*% about what people think. I get told the same thing too about how I’m in my 60s so I need short hair. My hair gets trimmed every 2 months. I have no intentions of cutting it short. I wear updos also. People that have to put other people down obviously have no life. Honestly, they need to take a good look at themselves in the mirror. Those are some miserable & sad individuals! Life is too darn short to be mean. I find your videos, so informative because you’re “REAL”! A few times I bought the make up you suggested as well as some of the lipsticks. Tammy, I don’t comment very often.. but I watch very one. You are beautiful and very talented with recipes. Your make up is always spot on and your hair is beautiful. I really enjoy your content. You do not go to far out buying only high end name brands… you speak to all levels of women. I could buy a Chanel purse… but do I want one? No. I would much rather do something else with the money. I am a redhead and fade into a none color… I still color my very long hair… do I hear remarks from tasteless women on occasion… yes! My hair is curly/wavy … so it basically never does the same thing twice. I can change it up… use Velcro or on occasion hot curlers.. depending on humidity. Wear it up in a semi messy bun and a great pair of earrings. Since Covid I have heard people be ruder more crass… just out right not care what they say. Hiding behind a keyboard is such a cheap shot. I still do my own yard and gardening…the only homeowner for blocks that does… I have RA so I use it for my exercise…have I heard comments on how I walk? Yes! The point is I can still walk!! Does it hurt my feelings? Once in a while…. But my point is I do what’s right for me… and that is my outlet and I stay strong doing it. I can never figure out why anyone would care if I walk a bit off.. or I now have several beautiful canes and do my yard…they are not informed and it’s a very small town. My point is we all do us… if we are brave enough to face it? Obviously some are not…. That’s in them. You keep it up Gorgeous! You inspire me.❤️

I am a little older than you, and I love you, because you are real. You are authentic. I can’t tell you how many times people will say things to my face, just like you said, oh I really care about you, but you need to lose weight , but I don’t like your hair, but, do you know what , they can keep their but to their self ,I’m a big girl, I know what I look good in and I don’t and I’m tired of people being nasty and I’m glad you don’t listen to them either. Again, I’ll like because you are you your real.❤️❤️ Tammy I am overweight, I go to Weight watchers I’ve lost 50 pounds I want to lose more , but I can’t tell you how many times and as I’m saying this I’m crying, I can’t tell you how many times people and people I know have talked about my weight to my face. I love Handbags. I’ve had people criticize me because of that I don’t understand why people have to be so mean. I guess it’s the saying ,hurting people hurt people. I gained some weight the first couple years of my marriage so my mother-in-law actually put the scales in her hallway and every time I went over her house I was supposed to weigh in., yep, Tammy I could write a book. And then when I did lose a lot of weight, they told me I was too skinny, so I can’t win in the world and yes I have been told that my knee problem was my weight and no it wasn’t so I I’ve been bullied and I understand how many people can get , but it still hurts and I’m so sorry this has happened to you too. Tammy, you’re beautiful again you are real and I could go on and on but I won’t. I’m just sorry about the bullies. We all just love you because we identify with you and because if you are real and authentic.❤️❤️ we learn from You too.

Are those that need to hear this, listening to today's message? Tammy's choice of hair color is, in MY opinion (take that for what it's worth), is like my deciding to wear a navy or black suit that day. EITHER choice looks brilliant on her, change is good.

Hi Tammy, first time I’ve left a comment. I don’t read the comments ever! I watch your channel and love it. It’s informative, funny, beautiful and refreshing to see you be yourself. I’m 64 this year too in October it’s so wonderful to watch and realise another person is going through exactly what I am! Keep going, obviously ignore the small minded, unkind comments and focus’s on the Joy you give to the majority. Sending love x Mary

I think it was Dale Carnegie who said to treat everyone as if their heart was breaking and you wouldn’t be far off. Unfortunately, the negative comments are from people who do it as a sport. Really, it’s a sport for them! They don’t care about you or what you do or eat. I’m sure your friend Lisa has something to say about that, particularly the diet part. Lol. I love your hair. I just got the remaining dye cut out after two years. Do I love my silver hair every day? Heck no! Did I love my colored hair everyday? Absolutely not. However, I love my freedom from hair appts. Look up Sarah Harris from British Vogue. I bet those Debbie Downers wouldn’t say peep about her hair. 😉. I totally agree with your advice about not making decisions when we are in a certain frame of mind. That is a decision in itself and always a good one.

Tammy, I know how you feel, I let my natural hair grow and I struggle with the lighter hair as well. You look marvelous my friend!! Don’t let anyone put doubts in your mind. They tear others down because they are insecure and it makes them feel better dragging them down to their level. You are a beautiful woman and I appreciate you for being yourself.

It surprises me that anyone who is attracted to your channel, and chooses to spend time with you, would have those negative thoughts much less state them. I kept this from an affirmation calendar from years ago; it could have been written by you: “I am the perfect age right now. I have been younger and I will be older. I will never be this age again, so I make the most of this time and enjoy myself to the fullest.” You are an inspiration to this 74 year old. 😘

Hello Tammy, I thoroughly enjoy all your videos and have been watching you for many, many years. I wish I could say I was shocked at the hurtful and mean comments but all too often I see such meanness across all the channels I watch. Haters are going to hate. I’ve stopped reading comments for that reason. I too am 63 years young and try to be the best person I can be. I’ve not been doing so good about my health in the past years but with your recent videos have started to get serious about it. I downloaded myfitness pal and have started tracking my macros too. It takes a bit to figure this all out but now that I have it’s much easier. I’ve made many of your recipes and have enjoyed everything I’ve made. I even made your DIY Vit C (way back in the day) and used that too for a while. I let all my white hair grow out during the early covid days. There are those that just do not like it, but there are many that do. Thank you for your videos Tammy, you are an inspiration to many!

I agree with you that our hair situation at this point is a very very personal choice. I went gray back in 2019 and never looked back. It happens that I don't let people's opinion get to me. I consider constructive criticism but at the end of the day it is my decision to make : ) you look sooooo great by the way : )

Hi Dear Tammy! I am embracing my ‘whites’ as well! And do have those days where I question the journey. You may do this too, but I try a new lipstick or one I haven’t worn in a while to perk myself up! It usually helps! I love you, the content you share. Love you glammed up and keeping it real! 😂 I just had my 64th birthday! So I am right here with you. ❤️

This is the first time that I’ve watched your channel...the first thing that I thought was “Wow , this woman has great healthy hair , she has the perfect shaped face for the style & colour”....it sounds to me like people who made the nasty comments are suffering from sour grapes....I’m 75, now retired...but I remember when I was still working in a large bookstore...on a several occasions the manager would go around the store, warning the sales people “Try not to stare at Mrs So&So’s lips or face lift or implants etc...just pretend that you don’t notice”.....easier said than done......a colleague once said “ it’s very difficult not to stare at someone who looks like a blowfish coming through a wind tunnel?”....IMO🇨🇦🇬🇧

Tammy, I’m sorry that you had so much negativity that you had to call it out. A lot of people are really miserable and have to share it. I just turned 64, colored my hair for 30+ years. I’ve been all naturale, beautiful, silver, white for 8 years now, but you’re so right, some days you question going back. I’m with you, I want to look and feel the best that I can at the age I’m blessed to be.

Tammy I am 33 and absolutely admire you. People will come and go, more so on the internet where people are shielded by a computer and a nickname. My goal in life is to age as gracefully and beautifully as you. You are an inspiration for me and many women I’m sure. Thank you for sharing everything about you. I love your white hair and you embracing it. You look absolutely stunning. I am so sorry you received such comments. You do you ❤

THANK you!!! ALL my life I have been slender. I can not tell how many times in my adult life some female has said, "You are SO Skinny" ! I believe they think its a compliment. Backhanded for sure but Ive Always been insulted or hurt by it. Saying it is the EXACT same thing as telling someone over weight "You're SO FAT"! It's wrong Wrong WRONG either way and only Rude insensitive people say things like this. The internet has made those people all the worse.... ugh. Keep doing you and your Amazing life!!❤😊

Why do some people get offended by real aging?! It’s a blessing to be able to age and a natural part of life. It’s normal to change appearance through the decades. To point out wrinkles and hair color blows my mind. You look amazing and healthy. As someone in my early 40’s it’s encouraging to see a beautiful woman aging gracefully as I’m beginning to see my own aging signs and inspire to embrace each change because it’s a sign that I GET TO turn another year older, another decade older. Getting older is something not everyone gets to experience. This is a lesson I learned ten years ago when I lost my 8 year old son to cancer.

Hi Tammy, I used to think the older community of women you-tubers probably wouldn't have it so hard with the High School girl type catty comments and that our more worldly viewers would certainly have matured past this. I am so amazed at what you all have to deal with! I even saw another you tube channel (recommended on my sidebar no less!!!), that was all about hating on other woman creators and I can't believe they are allowed to exist. Comments such as these say everything about the person commenting and nothing about the content creator being negatively targeted. I think it's very brave to go grey in this climate and you have done it! Also, with regard to healthy weight loss, you look wonderful and I imagine we have a lot of jealous High School girl behavior going on about this as well. Keep on keepin on Tammy. You really do not need to expend energy to these negative, low vibration comments. Stay on your higher vibration. We all love you! oxJulia

I'm so very sorry that anyone would leave a rude comment on your videos! How very hurtful and rude. My mother always said " if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all". She said her mom told her and now I'm telling my grandchildren. I watch you because your so kind, personable and inspiring. Dare I say that you've attracted a few green eyes monsters?... No that would be rude. I love your hair. I did the same but after a bout of health issues my daughter convinced me to color it. And many days I'm sorry I caved in. I may start again 🤷‍♀️ but as women it is our prerogative 😂. I also appreciate your healthy eating receipes! Honestly, I need to start my Sundays with you! I hope that no one ever makes you feel sad again with mean girl comments and that you know how much 99.9 % of your followers love you! ❤ Happy Sunday ❣️

Such a great rant. Thanks for advocating kindness! As for your nails, I am 58 and noticed my nails going through something too and I have nice long beautiful nails. Welcome to menopause. EVERYTHING dries out including the nails hence the peeling and cracking. My continual saving grace is oiling my nails and cuticles and putting on nitrile gloves overnight several times a week preferably with no polish. Your nails will grow and the ridges will lesson and eventually disappear as well as the peeling. Oiling the nails has been a saver.
