@@jesperburns I believe it's more about GSP's nature as a person. He wants to win, not hurt people. A guy like Frank Mir would snap an arm without much thought about it, GSP would probably spend years regretting it. I think Georges took it easy on Koscheck in their second fight in the later rounds as well. That broken orbital bone left Josh in a position to be punished with limited hope to defend it outside a lucky counter, and I believe Georges couldn't bring himself to do it.

The powerslap is utter nonsense, I'm the same sort of age as Dan a little younger and iv been watching the UFC since around 1998 I have watched the company grow into what it is today and now I am watching it regress slowly but surely - the lack of increase in fighter pay is disgusting, the whole Dana White thing with the UFC is annoying he makes decision based in his own personal feelings and what HE wants not for the good of the company or fans. Powerslap is absolutely nonsense I'm sick of seeing it attached to the UFC brand it's not what iv supported for the last 25 years.

I'm solely focused on only what's in front of me. And if I'm in a race my competitive side comes out and it's even more exhilarating. Because in that time my need to compete combined with the focus it takes makes for a serenity I just can't get doing anything else. But from the outside looking in it's chaos. 20 dirtbikes all trying to occupy the same space. The consequences being possible broken bones.
