Rob - can you suggest to blizz re numbers showing to allow a slider to determine transparency? They also need to add a transparency slider for the main effects going on such as frozen orb and even the new spirit born effects to reduce them - cos with all that overlay stuff going on it detracts from the mechanics on the ground - this way can still have the numbers showing but at a reduced opacity

You actually do not need 275. Skill points in the Balanced Exertion passive (core skills cost 9%[x] more vigor) actually apply to how much is being spent. I'm only at 263 vigor right now and overpower on every hit. Around 253 vigor with these three skill points will allow you to start using the build.

Hey Rob couple misconceptions, viscous bug isnt scaling off Barrier gen, its technically scaling off of max life. Because its multiplier is based off of base life (bugged) so the more MAX life you have, the more barrier as a percentage of BASE life that you have, hence the crazy scaling. As long as you have 100% barrier (so ~123% barrier gen for bulwarks 45% barrier) you’re good. TLDR DONT stack over 123 barrier gen, stack life. Double dipping with viscous and with overpower. Also second gorilla hall isn’t as doing much for you if you’re running shako because your quill is no longer gorilla. Better off switching to jaguar for more attack speed. (EDIT: keep colossal glyph and stack resolve + interdiction aspect).

that's completely normal and expected for every new season start though. people are still experimenting with all the new stuff that was added and find new synergies every day so the strongest builds constantly change and get more optimized. if you just want to use the guaranteed strongest build of the season without respeccing once you gotta wait a couple weeks until everything has been figured out and only then start playing.

I already tried to get 275 resources via ONE GA on the previous build (Resource GA on Kepeleke, Tibby Will) and that one requires Tyrael's might (which I don't have) and a Midnight Sun with 46% . Blizzard will may have to go against their policy of "we will let players have fun with broken stuff in the season before nerfing them the next season".

Do yall trade? I literally spent maybe 250 mill gold for this setup (without shako). You can farm this in 1-2 hours if you know what you are doing. Just buy single GA on max resource then masterwork it. The extra "GA" stuff is only for maxing out the upper 5-10% dmg. I'm cruising through 110's just fine. Also don't be afraid of using normal 750s if they have perfect rolls. I'm using 2 of those just for higher multipliers. Focus on getting your multipliers first.

I have the bare minimum to even make the build work. And im over power criting close to 1 bil. Im not even doing barrier generation right now. I still have dex gems in my armor. Quit your bitching. Yes, to hit 1 tril crit you need perfect gear. But you can roll minimum to get the loop to work and still crit in the 500 mil+ range and clear tier 95 Pit and any torment boss solo.

The newest class always does some insane stuff for like three months. I believe this is because of reinforced counterattack, the last node in the counterattack skill. Check the ring of midnight sun: you get the passive effect of counterattack. That point in reinforced counterattack buffs the passive portion of counterattack, which we have access to due to the ring.

I’ve started to play this build when I was at 230 resources, even if you do not overpower each hit, but overpower each second hit - you still erase everything from the map. Now I am at 265 resources and pit 80 cleared within 4 minutes

I don't think you're getting much for pushing beyond 275 vigor. For example 350 would only add 27% more damage, a noticeable amount but there are certainly better ways to increase damage at that point. And since you actually trigger the effect at 253 vigor with Balanced Exertion, you only need 95 vigor from glyphs and gear. With Menagerie you can hit that with 55 from only Kepeleke (GA and 2 MW crits), which means you don't have to run Tibaults at all. I think a good replacement might be Aspect of Interdiction which gives 15% block per resolve, and +13 resolve stacks from tempering. That's going to go nuts with Aspect of Redirected Force + Colossal. Anyway... Vicious Shield is currently bugged since it scales based on your base hp and not maximum hp, it should be capped at 33% bonus damage but right now gives like 2500%. That's probably going to get fixed, making this build significantly weaker.

You're not taking into account The Staff of Kelepeke giving 3%(×) per point of vigor used when at max. And since resources gen is 100% you get it all back and this thus keeps Kepeleka in a permanent state of activation. How we know it's working is the that "275" in the Buff/debuff bar doesn't go away it always says 275. This means we're instantly using 275+ and instantly getting it back. This is Imperative.

So if you have 350 Vigor like used as an example, Kepeleka will give us 1050% MULTIPLICATIVE damage when we Use all of our vigor on a single core skill cast (Quill volley) and since resc gen is 100% we get that back INSTANTLY and recast quill volley at max vigor again and rinse and repeat. Thus making us always cast quill volley at 350 vigor 1050%(×) Damage. Did I forget to mention this damage is CRITICAL DAMAGE so it multiplied our already critical damage. So if we have 1000 crit damage, That'd be 1000×1050% that'd give us a whopping 10,500% critical damage, And since we overpowered every hit, That's an Overpower crit... Stonks. SUMMARY: Yes we absolutely need more Max Resources and 100% resource regen.

Balance in this game is complete garbage. Every season we have some kind of broken build that is much better then others. Last season was fractured glass sorc, now we have spirtborne. Season 4 was dominated by barb but there were some other really good builds.

My question exactly. I am going to test it, I think it should work. I am at 264 with non-GA Tibault's, Kepelele & Midday Hunt, no masterwork on any of these. With Menageriest Glyph, should be able to get 275. Also I am not pushing for crazy high numbers as Ace or Rob, so will try to get that Armor cap with Skulls as well.

The overpower damage formula is blasting but is getting a big boost in additive damage based on fortify, how can we generate it without assimilation on spiritborn???? Losing so much damage not fortifying....

How do you get more than 300 vigor? I have all the same items as you basically and same paragon board, im only sitting at 180 vigor

The weapon,pants,,helm and the amulet and his pagaon board has 50 or 60 from one board alone(im at 220 vigor lvl 178 so maybe u need to I dont have any gas yet on maximum resources but its a huge dps increase)

You get 30 from the talents near Ulti, you need to have both tibalts and weapon greater axxifed on resource and most importanntly - very high level of Menagerie paragon rune socketed into the Max Resource nodes tree - you can also use the elixir for 25 if you're missing some still

There is something way off in this build. I dont have all gear masterworked to 12 but im at paragon 250 and with this exact gems and gear rolls affixes im at 400 armor. Even if i max materworked all gear thats around 500 armor tops. Like how the hell he got over 1k armor with Shako? I took all the same nodes as in guide, he didnt pick up even armor rare nodes on 4th board. I cant use soulbrand chest as there is no way i get all close to 70 and with 1k armor. Rob next time please do inform at start of video this is not possibile for majority because it doesnt add up compared to your stats. I had to change back to Tyrael chest and armor gems in jewelllery to make it same as his
