TRIMMER REPAIR: How to Install the Clutch Drum on Your Trimmer | FIX.com

The clutch on your trimmer is designed to disengage the power head when the throttle is released and the engine speed decreases. This reduces the possibility that the trimmer may accidentally trim when working in close quarters or when moving between trimming locations. Once you've removed your damaged clutch drum, this video will show you how to install a new one.
*Remember, this video is meant as a general guide for Trimmer repair. Your Trimmer may look a little bit different, but the installation/repair/inspection process should be similar across all Trimmers!

I got here following a link from ryobi. Since I can't find anything ryobi here, could somebody please tell ryobi they lost a customer because they give a run around trying to find replacement parts. I was warned ryobi has lousy service and parts help.
