Thank you all for watching. I hope you are growing your natural hair with trims this year. For I know it helps with length retention so don't be afraid and go for it if need be(wink).

I take care of my ends on a regular basis so that I really don’t have to trim that often.

It is recommended that you detangle your hair starting from the ends to the root. When you start at the root you create more knots. You have beautiful hair.

I literally carry my shears in my 👛. If I see anything struggling = ✂. 💯 And it's my pleasure to do it, never worried about losing damaged hair. Healthy habits start with a healthy attitude. Love to see your healthy & beautiful results. Thanks for sharing....

A huge tip when unraveling twists is too start unraveling from the bottom NOT from the top. So there won’t be any knots :)

greeetings, i have put a little shea butter on my ends and seal my ends with flaxseed ge. flaxseed gel makes the ends of my hair pliable. keeps my ends from tangling/binding/matting together.. flaxseeds are awesome. I also put a tablespoon of flaxseeds in my green juice adds amino acids, proteins, fiber, manganese, thiamine, magnesuim, copper, phosphorus, folate, iron, potassium, zinc, and selenium to my body health.i also add hemps seeds ands chia seeds to my green juice as well as my fruit juice. good seeing you this saturday barbara

I go through that exact same issue with my natural hair; and it really bothers me. It doesnt matter how much I cut it off to start over; so I finally decided I was not going to cut it any more, just trim it. I realize that it is caused by trapped shed hairs, and an issue with hard water interacting with the chemicals formulated in products. I have also learned that my hair hates products with too much protein, especially when mixed with oils. My strands will infuse together, as if glue has been formulated. Love that we all are figuring it out together. Tfs❤

I trim as needed with conditioner on wet hair. I don't seem to get a lot of split ends so I trim once or twice a year, but I have gone longer. It's not a problem for me to cut off whatever needs to go.

@@BarbaraBirungiSunflower I don't think you can help it😅 I have the same issue. I think it's kind of similar to how some babies tend to get a little bald ring around their heads because they are always lying down..... 🤷🏾‍♀️

Could it be that you sleep on your side why it’s thinner etc. It’s that for me. 🎉❤
