I think the main thing with me is the heat level some trinis confuse spice and flavor with just nuclear heat. Also if the duck skin was roasted before and my biggest turn off is when they duck feels like it was mashed with a sledgehammer instead of cut up properly. The amount of bone shards that are in a good curry duck is a giant turn off
