I suffered one disappointment after another when my friends and family took me to various Chinese restaurants in T'dad. I couldn't believe the lack of taste, when years ago, all around POS, mankind was selling Chinese food in fold-up boxes out of a van...and it was slammin'! So it was a great pleasure to watch the preparation of this lovely meal. Yuh sen' mih down memory lane! BTW, if you (or any Trini Chinese food connoisseur) could give the name of ONE Chinese restaurant in T&T that serves food as highly flavored as this...I would be very happy. Big Bless-Up to The Chefs!! 😊

Every thing on point but please be careful try to stay away from those Chinese packet seasoning eventually they contribute in giving you high blood pressure but I am a big fan of you guy and I always admire how clean everything looks.

Hi, Dinesh bhai. Just a friendly reminder, table salt is very important, for the iodine it’s an important nutrient that the thyroid needs to produce certain hormones. Not getting enough iodine in the diet can to problems such as enlarged thyroid gland ( goitre). So coming back to the powder seasoning, what salt is used should be questionable.

Food was presented with good intention, lots of fresh vegetables, but the salt content is beyond alarming, defeats the purpose, no nutritional value, will eventually promote High Blood Pressure.

We appreciate your comment but it probably looks like we used alot of the Chinese seasoning but we didn't, if you would notice, it's alot of food we were cooking and nothing was "salty" when we tasted it. I think it's inappropriate for you to say the food had no nutritional value and it's not like we're eating Chinese style food everyday. Blessings 🙏🏽 💞
