Trini Curry Chicken - Revised Recipe

Minor modifications to the previous recipe and filmed with a fancier camera!
Ingredients:
Chicken Pre Seasoning:
Chicken - 1 pack of assorted parts cut into 3" pieces (approx 3 cups)
Trini green seasoning blend - 2 Tbsp (recipe below)
Salt & Black Pepper - Enough to season
Garlic - 4 cloves
Coconut Oil - 3/4 Tbsp (or personal preference)
Onion - 1 small
Scotch Bonnet pepper - 1 whole (seeds optional)
Pimentos - 3 whole
Curry powder - 1/4 cup
Water - To cover chicken
Bouillon Cube - 1 cube (optional)
For Trini Green Seasoning blend together roughly equal amounts of:
Bandania (culantro)
Chive
Celery
Thyme
