Try the cabbage koftas by blending the cabbage and carrots add some seasoning, salt and all purpose flour and a tiny bit of baking powder and fry them. Make a chinese sauce and when you are ready to eat, pour the sauce over the kofta balls and have a scrumptious meal without soending extra money. Or you can use chick pea flour instead and make a cabbage pakora as a snack or to eat with dhal and rice. Coleslaw, cabbage rice like pelau, Cabbage shredded with onions, chick peas and carrot salad with your choice of meat ( i use tofu). endless choices.....enjoy my dear, you are an innovative Mom and the possibilities are endless for you and the babies.
