Ingredients:
3lbs of pumpkin
3 pimentos
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar (this can be adjusted to your liking)
1/2 tsp seeds
1/2 tsp methi seeds
4 leaves chopped shadowbeni
6 cloves minced garlic
This can be eaten with:
rice, sada roti or buss up shot
