Ingredients:
4 long mango
1 3/4 Mustard oil
2 head of garlic
2 Hot peppers
3/4 of Amchar Massala
1 tsp of salt
*NOTE*-Sun your mango for at least 5 hour

It's a condiment. It goes on the side like a lil side dish. You can mix in cook food or meat. I eat it by itself. I find it too over powering mix in food, but to each his own.

U can use regular cooking oil, mustard oil makes it last longer, it like a preserving oil

@@sharonmohammed1866I used regular oil the first time I tried making it but the flavour was not the same. I will try again using mustard oil. Not sure what I did wrong, I followed step by step everything but not using mustard oil.
