Trini Quick Oats porridge

Ingredients:
2 cup of Oats
1 cup of sugar or 3/4
1 full cream milk /one or powder milk
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon ( spice) powder
One cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaf / cinnamon leaf
11/2 of water

Meal don't add any sugar or milk if you add the milk used 1/2 cup:

I boiled all the spices first for half hr then add soaked oats & stir , l dont boil it & l dont use no sugar or milk , bit l use fruits like rasins ,apple , bananna to get my sweetness ,, this helps to control cholesterol , blood pressure too
