Pure perfection!!! I see you using the pizza cutter, girl I swear my pizza cutter have a life off it’s own oui. I start off straight and it goes all over the place 😂

You can add the milk mixture into the syrup when it’s at a simmer and cook it a bit and get this consistency, comes out like biscuit

I dont test it with a thermometer. It just needs to feel very sticky to the touch

it can take any where from 15 mins to a few hours depending on how soft you mix it. once its firm to the touch you can cut it.
