Trinidad and Tobago Curry Crab and Dumplings Recipe - Episode 153

to Season the Crab-
2 1/2 lbs snow crab cut into pieces
1/2 cup green seasoning for curried dishes
2 scallions chopped
1 small onion chopped
1tomato chopped
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 lemon
salt
black pepper
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
to cook the crab-
1 tsp. oil
methi or fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp. mild curry
1 tbsp. hot n spicy curry
1 tin of coconut milk
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
for the Dumplings-
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
water to make a firm dough

Hi Natasha, I must say that I love all your videos; you're a very good cook. I usually make my crab and dumplings the same as you do, except for one thing. When the crab are almost cooked, I add the dumplings to the crab, and let it cook until done.

Although I spent my childhood days in Trinidad, I've never had crab and dumplings. That looks quite delicious and I will definitely try it. Will let you know how it turned out.

Please use the proper utensils when doing your show, also you used precooked crab for you dish and over cooked it again. Think wisely before doing you show.
