Great cooking. You remind me of my Mum. She is in heaven now but was a boss cook, Trini food and anything she tasted in restaurants she could come home and replicate it. I miss her. When we were young. Soon as we came home from Church we use to dip bread in her brown stew chicken and eat for breakfast. We came to England in 1956 and we were educated here. She went to America, Brooklyn, And then down to Florida. She passed in Florida. But what a cook she was. There were 7 of us. Six born in Trinidad and one born here. I married a Trinidadian and he passed away. Our child was born and educated here and he cooks the best curry chicken you can taste. His perfect seasoning is in his Trini D.N.A. My only child has given me 4 grandkids with 2 wives, 3 boys, 1 girl. And the two oldest boys have given me 3 great grand children. 2 girls and one boy. I have cousins in Florida, Atlanta, Kentucky. Keep up your delicious Trini home cooking.
